We have been cruising for 18 years, but this was our first time on Norwegian.  The ship was beautiful and very clean.  There was always something to do to keep us busy.  The downfall was the customer service.  We had several encounters with rude crew members that were not accommodating. Our cabin steward never made it to our room before 2:00 pm each day, which was very frustrating.  If we needed something we had to call or go looking for her.  We have cruised with 3 other cruise lines and the customer service has always been exceptional, but that was not the case this time.

The one crew member that was exceptional was Cardell John, Cabin Steward for room 12095. He is a perfect example of what customer service is all about.

The large balcony was great, but the cabin steward Melody was not very efficient.

Be sure to get a cabin near the elevator. It makes navigating the ship easier.

This was our 3rd time there. It is always nice to visit Cozumel.
