This is our second Norwegian cruise and it will be our last. Unless you are a Haven member they could care less. Too many people for the number of elevators it has so they are always crowded. You can't decorate with fun stuff on your cabin doors like other cruise ships. We had 4 balcony rooms in a row but weren't allowed to open them up to to join balconies. Food wasn't the greatest. Hit or miss most days. Bland or cold. The cabins are tight and hopefully you are not in the bathroom or shower when room service shows up. Also they never got our room service order right. Overall we paid too much money for a cruise where you couldn't have much fun. Only cherry was the drink package which you could never find a service person so you would have to stand in line at a very crowded bar for a drink. There were a few nice people working the pool bars and O'Sheehan's but other than that not so much. The only good thing about this cruise were the ports that we went to.

We pick this cruise for the itinerary! Fun experience!

On a scale of 1-10. Can rate only a six due to ship and cabin design. Plus NFL pushes alcohol package too strongly in an effort to attract customers. Emergency drill was held before we boarded and a notice to attend a make-up drill was received 4 hours after the make-up drill was conducted.

This cruise was not worth the money that we spent. We have been on Carnival and Celebrity and had much better experiences for a lot less money.

I wouldn't recommend this ship didn't like the layout of the rooms. Its seems we ate the same food everyday unless you went to the speciality resturants food was good service was slow. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room steward went above and beyond.

NCL has improved since last time in January 2019. Their food is better and their employees seem to be happier than in the Dawn in January 2019 (this was our biggest issue last year, employees were very unhappy, management was unprofessional and the service suffered a lot). The fact that NCL charges extra for some of the entertainment it is disappointing. It leaves you with a feeling of being nickel and dimed too much. The itinerary is one of the best in the Caribbean: 11 days, 10 ports and 1 day at sea. We did this itinerary two consecutive years, but now it is no longer available. The itinerary was the only reason we picked NCL in 2019 and 2020, without this itinerary most likely, we will select other cruise line. To similar itinerary, there are better cruise lines than NCL.

This is the second time I sailed with NCL. The first was a few years ago and not a positive experience but i chalked that up to an old small ship which was on its third last cruise. I loved the itinerary of this ship, so I chose to try NCL again. What a mistake, I will not sail NCL again. The cabins are designed in such a weird way, with the sink in the main part of the room. You cannot pass by one another in the room. No table in the room either. The ship seemed to shudder and shake so much on reversing and maneuvering into ports. I have never experienced such noise and vibration and with having a cabin on the aft of the ship, it woke us up every day when going into port. There is something wrong with the staffing on this ship. The vast majority of the staff are unhappy. Although most are not rude to passengers, they are clear;y unhappy. We personally witnessed two heated exchanges between wait staff and head waiters, right by our table in the main dining room. the staff in the casino are outright ignorant. The entertainment just average at best. The 'cruise director', Clay, was about as exciting as watching paint dry. The late night comedy was the best. Food was great and bar staff were pretty good. No complaints there. Think twice about sailing on this ship.

10 ports in 11 days. Enjoy every minute. Meet 4 other couples on pub crawl & hung out the rest of the cruise!

Overall we had a great time on the cruise. This was our first time in the Haven suites and it was everything we had hoped for. We will cruise again as Haven guest for sure. We did think that the daily activities could have had more verity for an 11 day cruise. Also the “unlimited dining package” should remove the unlimited because you only are allowed 5. This will include your cirque dream show. The drink package worked great we had no issues with that. Over all an amazing honeymoon. Remember a vacation is what you make it, have fun leave the BS at the house it will be there when you get back! Enjoy everyone 😉

Overall we enjoyed the cruise. Would give a B+. Was not to impressed on how cabin was set up and WiFi don’t waste your money. But the crew was very friendly and our going. Food was delicious in specialty restaurant. We got the drink package but it didn’t include water or soft drinks which was weird

We enjoyed the cruise. We enjoyed the 10 days. I would prefer that to another 7 day cruise. Our only complaint would be having to walk through the casino to get to locations because where our cabin was you cannot reach the 4th floor.

We booked this cruise 2 years ago, to celebrate my wife's "special" birthday. The cruise was exceptional, room, food, service, staff, entertainment, and the spa were more than we could have asked. What marred the trip was air travel, we had issues both ways, with two different airlines, and they did nothing to make us feel better about the experience. I think NCL should buy an airline and show them how customer service is done.

I have cruised many times. This was my 2nd time on NCL. Overall, the cruise was nice. I think that the cruise industry as a whole is so concerned with quantity that quality is declining. Perhaps they should stop here with the mega ships and refocus on service. The employees are clearly over worked. They are as kind as can be, but their weariness shows. There were many people from many cultures on the cruise which made it even more interesting. The crowd was more mature, a lot of retirees (nothing wrong with that). We are not there yet. 🙂 The food was average nothing to rave about. Cabin steward was awesome, but he needed rest too. Great ports of call.

3rd time on Epic. Loved our room. Shows were good, lots of fun activities in the Atrium. Great ports/ itinerary despite changes.

I chose Epic because it sails from San Juan and I wanted to save the plane trip. Overall I didn't like the ship display it was confusing and some of the restaurants where hidden. Small pools. Breakaway it is better by far. However the service of the crew was excellent

It was OK. I likely would not go on another Epic cruise.

There was 8 of us we all had the time of our lives. We will never forget our trip. Thanks Norwegian cruise line's.

Had a great time after getting over the let down if bony being able to access the outside except by the pool. Even when you can walk outside on the deck the life boats are blocking the views.

Enjoyed the cruise, the islands, the shows, the staff.

No lo Recomiendo, pague un dineral por separarlo y luego lo pusieron a mitad de presió, no me ofrecieron ningún tipo de solucion, te cobran 35 dólares una caja de agua por que no esta incluido el agua.
