Overall we had a great time on the cruise. This was our first time in the Haven suites and it was everything we had hoped for. We will cruise again as Haven guest for sure. We did think that the daily activities could have had more verity for an 11 day cruise. Also the “unlimited dining package” should remove the unlimited because you only are allowed 5. This will include your cirque dream show. The drink package worked great we had no issues with that. Over all an amazing honeymoon. Remember a vacation is what you make it, have fun leave the BS at the house it will be there when you get back! Enjoy everyone 😉
Embarkation
5 out of 5
The check in experience was quick an easy. No line at all. We did check in from the Haven area, which offered a small selection of refreshments. From looking at the regular check in area it seemed very smooth. Not a huge line at all. We did miss out on the standard photo everyone has the option to take. My partner and I figured it was because of the escort the Haven offers on to the ship.

Food and Dining

Teppanyaki

I ordered the chicken and shrimp from the menu. The restaurant supervisor was very apologetic and ask if I wanted them to re-make the the potion of chicken. I declined because I was full from the shrimp and rice. We did visit a second time it was fantastic everything was cooked perfectly. The supervisor actually remembered me and came over to greet me before we even ordered and thanked me for coming again. I am only rating this a 3 because I was served raw chicken on the first visit.
Cagney's Steakhouse
4 out of 5
We visited the restaurant twice. Each time my steak was delicious! The only reason this place doesn’t get 5 stars is because of our server the first time we visited. He was sub par at best we had to keep hounding him to refill our wine glass.
The Epic Club
4 out of 5
The Haven restaurant would have received 5 stars if the would have offered more options for vegetarians and perhaps a different menu every other day. With an 11 day cruise you can start to get board with the same selection of food. The service was fantastic of course and so was the food!
Onboard Activities

We were big kids and played games in the arcade and did bowling all were fun!
Entertainment

We saw all of the shows (Burn the Floor, Priscilla queen of the desert, cirque dream, comedians and escape the big top). All were great, you should pass on escape the big top. It’s a bad play on an escape room. Very all over the place, if you like escape rooms you will not enjoy this. If you have children you may want to pass on Priscilla a few people didn’t get the memo and ended up leaving the show. I had read a few reviews about the extensive Latin music. The rumors were true. They could do a little more to mix it up a bit just to appease all crowds.
Service and Staff

Our butler Mohammed and Freddie we wonderful. Any request we had they delivered on it! Guido the Haven bar tender by the pool was also amazing and made the best drinks. Omar the lead concierge/ staff was so welcoming and helpful throughout the entire trip. We did have a great waiter in the Manhattan room his name was also Mohammed. The hostess and the waiters and waitresses in the haven restaurant were delightful. The supervisor of the Haven restaurant came around often to ensure everything was going great.
Ship Quality
5 out of 5
We were use to the ships layout because we had been on the Epic before it only took us a couple of days to get down the layout. They could us more elevators on the ship. No issues with cleanliness of the ship.
Cabin / Stateroom

Very spacious in all areas of the room to include the balcony! The views were amazing. There was an odor that was coming from the bathrooms in the room not sure what that’s about but something should be done. In a smaller room I am sure it would have been a bit much. This is why I rated the room 4 stars.
