This is our second Norwegian cruise and it will be our last. Unless you are a Haven member they could care less. Too many people for the number of elevators it has so they are always crowded. You can't decorate with fun stuff on your cabin doors like other cruise ships. We had 4 balcony rooms in a row but weren't allowed to open them up to to join balconies. Food wasn't the greatest. Hit or miss most days. Bland or cold. The cabins are tight and hopefully you are not in the bathroom or shower when room service shows up. Also they never got our room service order right. Overall we paid too much money for a cruise where you couldn't have much fun. Only cherry was the drink package which you could never find a service person so you would have to stand in line at a very crowded bar for a drink. There were a few nice people working the pool bars and O'Sheehan's but other than that not so much. The only good thing about this cruise were the ports that we went to.

Some of the staff were very funny and nice but there were some who had attitudes. Not good for a cruise ship that you pay thousands of dollars to enjoy. They really don't care

Cabin is small. You better be ok with people hearing your bathroom habits because you're right there next to the bed.
Love St Lucia. We did s horseback riding on the beach excursion. Worst experience ever!! The horses were not very tame. Some of them they knew because they would walk beside them. One of the guys had a couple of horses going at each other and got bit badly. Another horse threw a woman off and she got a concussion. The other horses started acting up. Not a good experience
Our pirate ship excursion was canceled due to mechanical problems but they knew that before we got off the ship and made us wait in the heat for 40 minutes before they told us
