Review summary

We enjoyed the cruise. We enjoyed the 10 days. I would prefer that to another 7 day cruise. Our only complaint would be having to walk through the casino to get to locations because where our cabin was you cannot reach the 4th floor.

Embarkation

Very easy. Long line at first but it moved along fairly well.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
Dining rooms were a bit slow. We enjoyed them but could not make any shows.

Le Bistro

5 out of 5

This was the most amazing meal we had. Very good food and service. Very elegant venue. I was surprised the menu had options that were not necessarily french dishes. We enjoyed seafood dishes that were wonderful.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
Enjoyed the hydrotherapy pool in the spa. I love having the spa package. Sitting on the outside balcony of the spa reading was very relaxing.

Entertainment

We enjoyed the dining rooms but the service and process took longer than an average meal. There was no time left to make a show.

Children's Programs

5 out of 5
My granddaughter had an amazing time at the kids club. I was very impressed with all they do for the kids. They had a special program for each evening. Our granddaughter asked to go often.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
All were very hard working and friendly. The hostess at the cafe hugs our little one each morning and at lunch.

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
The common areas were clean and well maintained. However, we did not like the casino because anywhere we had to go we had to pass through the smokey casino.

Cabin / Stateroom

3 out of 5
Our cabin was a bit tight for 3. The new wave design did allow for nice storage but seemed narrow. We enjoyed our balcony which was unobstructed.

Ship tip

We enjoyed all the islands we visited. It is a very busy itinerary with a new port every day. However, the excursions are very pricey especially for a family.

Ports of call

San Juan, Puerto Rico

We went a few days early and enjoyed the Margaritaville resort. It was nice getting to see the Rain Forest. Since we were located in less populated area, we did not do much except at the resort.

Oranjestad, Aruba

5 out of 5
We enjoyed the day at a resort and went to the beach and swimming pool on our own.

Willemstad, Curacao

5 out of 5
We did a tour on our own. Our favorite part was seeing the crashing waves and blow hole in the national park on the other side of the island from the cruise port. Absolutely amazing.

Kralendijk, Bonaire

5 out of 5
We walked around the cruise port a bit and then enjoyed the water slides on the ship. There was bananas foster served by the pool in the afternoon. We enjoyed relaxing between two busy port days.

Castries, St. Lucia

5 out of 5
We did a tour on our own. WOW tour was great. He took us through the rain forest, drove us to the Pitons, through a Rain Forest, banana plantation. The van held the whole family. We learned alot about the island and enjoyed the sights around the whole island. Excellent adventure.

Bridgetown, Barbados

5 out of 5
We enjoyed the shopping just off the ships. Lots of shops on 3 small streets. Lots of variety. It rained most of the day so it was a great option.

Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas

5 out of 5
We booked a tour with Island Buddy. We have used them in the past. It was a jeep tour he took us around the island to some beautiful beaches, we did some snorkeling and saw all around the island.

Disembarkation

Went smoothly and with very little waiting around.
