We booked this cruise because with love NCL, this ship, and it was a great deal. The itinerary had changed because of the devastation suffered by several islands from this year’s hurricanes. We had no issue with that because we love this ship. Truly, the ship is the destination.

Thanks to the great staff of Norwegian, our family had the best vacation of our life so far. We look forward to going again and we highly recommend this cruise!

Would do this ship and cruise again. Would prefer our original ports next time. First ports were changed due to hurricane damage earlier this year (2017)

The weather was a big factor on this cruise. The morning we left a cold front moved through Orlando and for Florida, it was cold. This storm continued to move down through the Caribbean so we have very cool windy days until day 5 of the cruise. It always pays to consider the weather possibilities when booking a cruise but I must say this was very unusual. We cruised the same week last year to the Eastern Caribbean and it was hot!

We wont go back on this big boat.Last year we went with Norwegian and we Love it but not this year.To many people.

The Epic is a large ship and gave a feeling of constant rush, deck seating other than surrounding pool was not put out for use . Over all this was not Norwegian that we have become accustomed to. With only elevator service at each far ends accessibility without long treks is wanting. The smoke filled casino was bad. We will not vacation on the Epic again. On the positive our travel professional who helped us book was outstanding and definitely will use for all our travel plans again.

I rated this Norwegian cruise a 6/10. I'm thankful my next cruise is on the Sun, a ship half the size, where I hope I will once again get the service I expect and appreciate at Norwegian. With 4,000 guests, I was just one of the many and I did not like that experience. I will not choose a large ship again.

This was our 4th NCL cruise and we enjoyed ourselves. The amenities that NCL used to offered has diminished but we still prefer this line. The quality of food in Le Bistro has declined but Cagney is still great.

Hurricane IRMA changed itinerary, and we were disappointed in substitutions. Cabins were cramped. Some staff lacked friendly attitude. Meals were generally very good. Next time would choose a smaller ship. EPIC could use more elevators.

Suffice it to say, I would not hit these ports again and will look for a smaller ship. This is requiring me to type 150 characters, so here is just filllll

Wonderful boat. We didn't get to go where we paid to go. Hurricanes mess up the islands. We still liked the ship but not our destinations so much. No compensation or credits to us for not getting to go on the original itinerary. Would have cancelled the trip and took one later on if we could have, paying the difference or letting you keep the difference if it was less. Made the offer to you but you turned it down. So much for customer service. But as far as the ship it was wonderful. The best we've been on.

This is my first time on NCL and I was impressed with the staff and overall service. I have heard some negative comments about some peoples interactions with Casino Staff and Customer service, but Not me.. Two notable interactions were the Cruise Critic meet & Greet. They had 7 staff members there, Snacks all held in a private area. Well done NCL! Our group did a Casino Slot Pull but the Casino staff wasn't much help. The other Area That was great was the Future cruise Desk. They give you back immediately $250 OBC if you buy 2@$250 deposits and you DON'T have to book a specific cruise immediately!

I have been on other cruises and from our experience with this ship and cruise line, we will not be coming back to Norwegian, nor will our friends. I can say that others on the ship said the same things. Excellent customer service in all areas of the ship and cruise line are a simple expectation that should be met and exceeded.

This was a good trip . . . plenty of time to rest and renew. On a different ship it might have been great. This was our second cruise with Norwegian . . . the experience on the Epic did not meet expectations.

Overall, we really enjoyed this ship and all it has to offer. We did some really fun things both onboard and on excursions that made this trip a very memorable one.

Was an excellent cruise. Just takes time to get used to the ships layout. Great food, beverages, entertainment and crew. We are now booked for another cruise next year.

Definitely disappointed in this ship. If this is a European design, keep the ship in Europe! Layout in the room was unappealing, couldn’t walk around the ship at night and the overall layout of the ship was difficult.

We were pleased with the accommodations, and hospitality. The ports were changed due to hurricane devastation at the planned ports. We would have liked to be given an option.

We did enjoy our cruise. Had fun with new found friends. In general , the crowd on the ship was very most amicable, probably because most of us had suffered at Embarkation , and wanted to make the most of every hour that we WERE on vacation.
