Definitely disappointed in this ship. If this is a European design, keep the ship in Europe! Layout in the room was unappealing, couldn’t walk around the ship at night and the overall layout of the ship was difficult.
Embarkation

Went very well. Credit card scanners were broken in two lines and we had to move around a bit but otherwise no issues, no big lines. Staff at the port were very nice.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining

As usual Teppanyaki was awesome, Moderno was awesone and we enjoyed O’Sheehans and the Taste. The buffet was good with many choices and MDR was also very good.
Onboard Activities

Bowling was fun and we went to the spa for a massage. Only two sea days, so one was sitting on deck enjoying the sun and the other wasn’t the best weather so we didn’t do the outdoor activities. Wish they had more trivia.
Entertainment

Burn the Floor was ok. This is my thrid time seeing it, preferred the other two shows on the Breakaway and Getaway. this one was a mix of past and present and wasn’t as good as the other shows.
Service and Staff

Room steward was very lovely and most of the waitstaff was great. Bartenders in Maltings were the best!
Ship Quality

Hated the ship. This was my 7th cruise and didn’t like the room layout with the sink, shower and toilet being separated and the bed was too small. My feet hung over, the rounded edge was stupid. It was confusing getting from the stairs to my room. Ship seemed dirty and old. Will not take this ship again. To me it was a hygiene nightmare using the toilet, opening the door, pulling back a curtain that others also pulled back with dirty hands to wash my hands in my room. Does that curtain ever get cleaned? Also no deck to walk around at night. Small crowded Smokey areas to sit but no where to walk around the ship.
Cabin / Stateroom

Worn down a bit, rugs seemed dirty like they have never been shampooed and the bathroom layout a germs nightmare.
