Wonderful boat. We didn't get to go where we paid to go. Hurricanes mess up the islands. We still liked the ship but not our destinations so much. No compensation or credits to us for not getting to go on the original itinerary. Would have cancelled the trip and took one later on if we could have, paying the difference or letting you keep the difference if it was less. Made the offer to you but you turned it down. So much for customer service. But as far as the ship it was wonderful. The best we've been on.

Awesome, got right in and sat down. 30 minutes later we were on the boat. Very easy and efficient. Great staff at the dock.

Find dining in the Manhattan Room was only ok. In the Taste Room it was great. Good food and great service. My birthday dinner was over the top. Great prime rib and the birthday cake was great. Garden Buffet was the best I have ever experienced. Period. We have been on 13 cruises in the last 3.5 years and know what good on a boat is. Spacious areas and plenty of food choices every meal of every day.
Super Clean too. Supper staff. Ginger bread castles and displays were over the top, thank you.
Onboard Activities

Loved the hot tub on the aft serenity deck. The top side serinity deck was great, not a kid in sight. Plenty of chairs all over the ship too. I enjoyed watching all the people climb or try to climb the rock wall.
Why does the deck guy have to start stacking up the deck lounges everyday at 3 pm. Some of us like to watch the sun come up and go down. Leave a few out in the evening too.
Entertainment

Having to pay for and have reservations for some of the shows is a bit much. We are more spontaneous than that allows us to be. Comedy club was good the first 2 shows and after that it was the same old same old. The pool music was WAY TO LOUD and WAY TO LONG. Come on who wants to hear the same sounds all day every day. Quiet would have been better in the later afternoon, say from 2pm on. Hear to unwind. The island music is good but soul music all the time sucks. Mix it up more if the DJ has to be there making noise. It doesn't have to be loud to be good. Good is good.
Children's Programs
Have no kids. We were glad they were doing what ever they were doing away from the rest of us.
Service and Staff

Our opinion of the staff was unwaivering, great. Victoria Revis was our room steward was really nice. This lady works all the time. Maybe a few more stewards and them having a few less rooms to attend to would be nice. Waiters in all the eating venues were beyond good. Thank you all for your great service. WE loved the briefing by the ships senior crew members.

Cabin / Stateroom

WHO? Designed these cabins. There is no private space here unless you get in the closet. Pretty to look at but lacks efficiency. Size was adequate for 2 but no way for anymore people. Super clean. Zip up the bed cover to make 2 twins a king would help too.
Ship tip
It is big really big. Be prepared to walk a lot. Ship lays out very well and there is deck chairs everywhere until the guys start stacking them up at about 3 pm. Lots of clean bath rooms all over the ship. Public areas are in the lower part of the ship and rooms are in the middle. Thank you.
Nassau is Nassau. Have seen it 5 times and it is still the same. We used the Hilton's beach and resort all day, the day we were there. To many vendors yelling and to much noise around the port area. No excursion.
No excursion. Why did we go there? The country in a very dangerous place. The people are "to friendly".
I have been in 106 countries/territories. Jamaica is way down on my list of places to see. We stayed in the port area and on the ship. Jimmy Buffets place had free wi fi and that's were all the crew guy/gals go.
We have always had a great time in George Town. Great people and pretty beaches. We went to the Palms Resort and had a ball. Easy van ride an the price was right.
WOW. What can we say but it was WONDERFUL. Easy shuttle to and from the beach. Clean and comfy place to be for a day. Food was good too. Plenty of drink places. Thank you Norwegian for letting use our drink card on the beach! Ron Rico Rum was great. The water was perfect too.
Lined up at 7:15 am and was off the boat by 7:30. Can't beat that. Plenty of Customs Agents to move us thru too. Cabs everywhere, plenty of shuttles too. NO COMPLAITS HERE.
Wow! 13 cruises in 3-1/2 years! This was our 2nd cruise, first with NCL. We had an amazing time with very few complaints. We put down a deposit for another NCL Cruise. Which other NCL ships would you recommend?
