overall a very good experience. You have to stand in lines for dinner at all dining rooms which was annoying and Im talking about 30min - 1h wait. Beware of the service charge fee per person per day which is a hidden fee.

Disappointing due to itinerary change, size/layout of balcony room and overall size of the ship without more strategic placement of elevators. Would not sail again on this ship and will pay more attention to deck and room layouts when booking cruises in future.

We sailed on the Norwegian Sun to Alaska a couple of years ago and that was an Excellent experience. This trip was just the opposite. Free-style dining was a bust....when you had to take a pager and wait from 30 min. to as much as 1 hr and 15 minutes to get a table. The food at the Taste and Manhattin was usually over cooked, although we did have a couple dishes that were well cooked, on the whole, the food wasn't anything to write home about. The entertainment was probably the only real bright spot on the ship. We would never go back to Falmouth, it was a waste of time unless you wanted to go hiking in the woods.

We will never book with Norwegian and do not recommend Epic as it is a horrible ship in our opinion.

Great time with friends. Ship clean. Staff seemed blah. Overall we love NCL but would choose escape again.

Will not cruise on this ship again. It is truly a disgrace for NCL

Honna and Haven staff great--lunch menu could use some upgrade but dinner very nice.

The state rooms were great and we really enjoyed the excursions. However, we will not cruise with Norwegian again. We found the dining system to be confusing and the service disappointing. There were too many instances were you had to pay for experiences on the boat (I paid $300 for spa services and did not have access to the sauna or hot tubs at the spa??).

On a scale 1 - 10, this was a 7. Not because of anything the cruise line did but the weather was not good. Also, my husband got a chest cold and was not feeling well. Going forward April or May are our go to months. I would cruise the Epic again and certainly Norwegian.

It was fun - never really been on a bad cruise. There were some issues with getting coffee for some reason the machines were almost alway broken. The hot tubs are NOT. a couple did not work at all.

Cruise was fine, but cabin too small for two people to spend 7 days. Poor design of the cabin with shower, sink and cabinets encroaching into the cabin. Boarding in Fort Canaveral is chaotic, with too many large buses and vans trying to park. Luggage everywhere! Ground crew outside not experienced or organized or professional. Took too long, standing in line outside in cold weather. It took about 3 hours to reach check in counter! Inside port the crew was fine.

Overall a great entertainment, food / drinks and room services ... bad customer service overall on first services , lost and found , Key Management, reservations!

The food is very good on NCL. The embarkation was very long. The ports were great, the ship was great, calm seas. I got 3 free meals at the restaurants and since I didn't book them in advance, they, of course, got booked up and couldn't get into the 3rd restaurant, I wanted to go into the Japanese Steakhouse. The shows also have to be booked in advance. I booked one show on land and the date was changed to when I had the Cirque show, therefore, I couldn't go. I don't like having to have to reserve the shows and not be able to just walk in.

Don't spend your money on Norwegian. Find another cruise line to spend your hard earned cash on and have a better time.

On the whole the cruise was good; except the comments about Indian food prepared by the cook

Overall, we enjoyed cruising with NCL and won't hesitate to do it again. The food was better than all other cruises we have been on and the drink package is unbeatable.

This is my second Norwegian cruise and sorry to say I was not happy with this cruise. We had fun and made the best of it, I just had higher expectations based on my last one.

Nice ship however the cabin situation because of the bathrooms is BAD. Pool bar staff doesn't work very hard, they want you to get your own drinks I think. Only 2 Broadway type shows whole cruise and one was NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY...it was a whole show about transvestites. They need to add more main theater shows at night otherwise evenings are spent sitting in bars visiting. Itinerary was decent, just not a fan of Jamaica.

I loved this cruise and highly recommend the Epic to anyone. The adult only pool area in the back of the ship is large and relaxing. This is the only cruise I have ever been on where it was ALWAYS possible to find two empty deck chairs at any time of the day.

Cruise was very enjoyable. I was disappointed with the food in the main dining rooms.
