Nice ship however the cabin situation because of the bathrooms is BAD. Pool bar staff doesn't work very hard, they want you to get your own drinks I think. Only 2 Broadway type shows whole cruise and one was NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY...it was a whole show about transvestites. They need to add more main theater shows at night otherwise evenings are spent sitting in bars visiting. Itinerary was decent, just not a fan of Jamaica.

pool deck staff aren't motivated they already have their tips I guess. One server working the pool deck however was a fast hard worker...sit in his section if you dont want to have to go to the bar yourself all the time to get your own drinks.....Vinay Mesta Bar Waiter EXCELLENT from India...he is a hard worker, find him.

bathroom situation SUCKED!! NO PRIVACY AT ALL!! Everything is open to the cabin. If you are sitting on the toilet and someone comes in your room they see you thru the frosted sliding glass door, same with the shower...literally no privacy. Smallest rooms of any cruise line.
been here before have no need to get off the ship. Everything is far away from this port although they have created a shopping area at the dock nothing else is close by. Dunn River Falls is CROWDED and overrated.
great beach for swimming in the water, however very crowded with chairs all on top of each other. Food and food service was not good on island, get there WAY before 2:00 if you want something to eat we arrived at 1:50 and they were pulling the food out from under us saying they are closed....so rude and unprofessional. You let the customers in line with serving spoons in there hands get there food you dont take it out from under them...must be a staff joke or something to do this...very unprofessional
