Ship tip

1. Need to improve the waiting time on guest services - was waiting in average 10-30 minutes a visit needs in my vacation time ... not cool!!!! 2. Automate processes to reduce the need of guest services 3. When you have a family of 4 with 2 kids ensure that you allow the parents to stay together and the kids separate and allow partners to keys to access the kids room- to accomplish this step it took more then 2 hours of waiting !!! Not good !

When was your cruise? I live near Port Canaveral and we haven't had a hot day in weeks! Your complaint of the " full sun of Florida" is funny, unless you live in Alaska

This is true!

Embarkation & Disembarkation delays are generally the fault of customs... The cruise company has no influence over the number of customs staff deployed to process passengers leaving the ship meaning a 2hr process can easily take twice that or more... We’ve experienced it several times at US ports...
