The cruise was a great way to see lots of different cities. The food is better than most all inclusive we’ve been too. It didn’t feel crowded except the day at sea when everyone was on board all day. Chairs were harder to find unless you get up early.

Fun, well-organized Med. cruise. Not great for pool time or lounging on the pool deck. But lots of high energy or entertaining participatory evening events. Karaoke, dueling pianos, dance parties. An assortment of venues for musical entertainment. Tremendous dining. And a lovely setting for dining options. Cabin is clean and the staff is mostly accommodating.

Cruise line nickel and dimes you to death for the small things such as a coke with dinner and they confiscated any soft drinks you purchase on shore when you return to the ship (even our bottle of water). Confiscating our purchases as we returned to our ship left a bad taste in our mouths...we will probably not cruise again with this company.

The cruise took us to wonderful cities, but other than Naples, our best days were in Barcelona and Rome where we made our own arrangements.

The Palma shore excursion was awful. A total rip off. The Naples excursion was so badly organised, we were not shown how to get back to the ship

You do this cruise because of the ports not because it is a great ship. The ship was just ok. We traveled on the Epic in the Caribbean several years ago and you can see that the ship has become a bit dated. The ports were excellent but make sure you have plan in advanced your excursions. We did not do this for a few ports and did not have great experiences. In Mallorca we planned to do the Hop On Hop Off bus but there were literally 75-100 people in line to get on the bus so it would have taken over an hour. We ended up using a taxi to tour and they charged $120 euros for 2 hours. Most of the excursions are expensive and you have to travel significant distances because of the nature of these European ports but the experiences were incredible.

Overall good experience on NCL. Wonderful ports of call. Ship excursions costs could have been more reasonable.

Loved the ship and loved the itinerary. The Haven is really wonderful and wouldn't go any other way.

We have cruised on other cruise lines in the past and we were expecting NCL to be better than the other lines we have traveled with. This was not the case. NCL was average at best. We probably won't cruise with NCL in the future. We seemed like a number and was treated as such.

I will never book another Norwegian cruise EVER. The food was only mediocre, which is a big part of what you are purchasing on a cruise. You could work around this by only going to the specialty restaurants, but they were also so disorganized, it was ridiculous. They shut off our water two nights of the cruise, and one morning no cabins had hot water for hours. They also only had some of the great attractions open for 1-2 h a day, mostly while you were off the boat. I was at the service desk virtually every day of the cruise figuring out something (dinner reservations, bill discrepancies, etc.) that seemed wrong. While they did not succeed in ruining my vacation, it was only because I decided to rise above these things and enjoy myself regardless. Positives: We went to every port of call as expected. The drink package was excellent and not confusing. My son really enjoyed being on a cruise and the kid's activities. My husband won some money in the casino. Negatives: We waited for things a lot on the cruise. The food was cafeteria/Max and Erma's/TGI Friday's quality at best. Information was shared very poorly on the cruise and very little went smoothly.

We had a great time. I would highly recommend this adventure... It's exhausting, but a once in a lifetime event

The best cruise ever! Each day was full of beautiful sights and experiences. In retrospect buying a beverage package really wasn't necessary on this fast one day at sea cruise. Taking daily excursions didnt leave much time to relax by the pool.

This was my first cruise aboard a Mega-ship and I will not do it again. UNLESS YOU WANT TO TIME PARTYING WITH 4300 OF YOUR BEST FRIENDS - DON'T DO IT. I will not cruise with Norwegian Cruise Lines again.

This tour is not for people who have bad knees/mobility issues. Lots of walking for all destinations. It also seemed like the ship was meant for a Caribbean itinerary; not a European itinerary.

Management screwed up on our shore excursion rebates, our OBC amounts and final photo purchases. Poorly managed ship in many cases. Things aren't planned well.

Great cruise. Great itinerary. Great price. Smooth and comfortable sailing. No real problems. However- NCL is NOT my favorite cruise line and this would not be my favorite ship by far. But for this cruise- it worked well and we enjoyed it. No real problems- some minor downsides, but overall, great cruise.

The price was right, but the ship is too big for many older customers. Very noisy and far too many took drink packages and started drinking at 8 am. Entertainment was good not great.

We enjoyed our transatlantic cruise. The first week at sea was terrific because we relaxed and enjoyed the Epic. The second week we went to the many ports of call and enjoyed so many beautiful places. NCL really knows have to provide an amazing trip for people to enjoy.

A great cruise and as is the case with most Atlantic crossings a good value. The EPIC is one our least desired ships, however that doesn't make it bad, just not our favorite, and being "less popular" a better value.
