The Palma shore excursion was awful. A total rip off. The Naples excursion was so badly organised, we were not shown how to get back to the ship

Ship tip

Need more smoking zones. Went to the cigar lounge and was told that cigarette smoking not allowed in the cigar lounge. That was weird
