Review summary

The cruise was a great way to see lots of different cities. The food is better than most all inclusive we’ve been too. It didn’t feel crowded except the day at sea when everyone was on board all day. Chairs were harder to find unless you get up early.

Embarkation

4 out of 5
Smooth process except one piece of luggage took 3 hours to get to our room

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
Food was average and the drinks were good.

Onboard Activities

3 out of 5
Pools were so warm so it wasn’t refreshing at all. Basketball court was nice and the fitness center was great.

Entertainment

3 out of 5
Burn the Floor was good but others were just ok.

Cabin / Stateroom

Very tight for 4 people at night. 2 adults and 2 teenagers.

Ports of call

Civitavecchia (Rome), Italy

So much to see in Rome. You need more than a day.

Livorno (Florence & Pisa), Italy

3 out of 5
Went to Pisa-rented a car as there were only taxi vans available and we only had 4 of us.

Cannes, France

4 out of 5
Tendering went smoothly. Didn’t do an excursion. Walked to the beach and rented chairs.

Palma De Mallorca, Balearic Islands

3 out of 5
Easy to get a cab but a little more difficult getting one back from the beach.

Barcelona, Spain

2 out of 5
We were there on a Sunday and most places were closed. Restaurants were open but not any stores. Recommend a hop on hop off bus to see the city.

Naples, Italy

5 out of 5
Had a driver that took us to Pompeii and Positano on the Amalfi coast. Stunning views. Cute shops along the walk down to the beach and restaurants. The beach is crowded but the water was great. Very hot in July!

Disembarkation

4 out of 5
We took our own bags off with us. Smooth process.

Never expect your luggage to get to your cabin the first day until about 6pm or later.
