Overall we enjoyed the cruise, food was great, people where great, The spa was wonderful, unhappy about the various port experiences.

Itinerary was poorly planned and needs to be rethought. Missed great opportunities for excursions. And wasted time in Sitka. Cabins need plug by the bed for Cpap machines. Shopping guide knew her stuff but was terrible with helping the cruise people, very connect with the merchants.

Great trip ship was nice and clean good staff service food was excellent had a good time

Our NCL Alaskan Cruise was fabulous! The only disappointment was we didn’t feel we got a real feel of Alaska at the ports. Next Alaskan trip we’ll be driving Our first time cruise was a learning experience. We learned we desire a balance of NCL & interior non-tourist communities.

The cruise and crew were fabulous, but the Spa/massages were horrible!!

For my first cruise, it was just okay! I had zero expectations, so I wouldn't be disappointed. However, I was slightly disappointed. I'm not sure I'd do another cruise.

Would do a cruise again, but would choose more wisely on which ports the ship is going to and how long the stay is.

Miserable! Since disabled and on scooter, couldn't go on excursions. Cruise line has their hand in our pockets for absolutely EVERYTHING! Never saw a whale, bear, dolphin, eagle, or any wildlife at all. It was loud and crowded. Unless you're a family or large group who like to do things together, stay up late and drink at the bars, or hike at ports, there really was not much to do.

I think everything was just way too expensive. We ended up having to pay an additional $1000 for everything but that was totally unexpected. This the first time on Norwegian but it will definitely be our last

The excursions were either canceled or they TOTALLY did not live up to their description! I would never do a cruise again. 3 years of planning and a complete let down!

Overall, this was a great cruise for our family. We really enjoyed the ship, and the fact that it wasn't crowded. The port times and locations were not ideal, but doable. This was our second Sept. cruise to Alaska, and it meant we could see the Johns Hopkins Glacier, in Glacier Bay, which we enjoyed a lot. Staff and crew are great. We like the food. We weren't super excited about the entertainment, except Choir of Man, which we loved.

Overall you have to fulfill the desire of curiosity in life. This was on bucket list and wanted it to be special. I'm retired from US Navy so 5 ships and 20 years been around but wanted to take wife first class to Alaska. Well my opinion is book a regular room and bar package and save money for another day. I do 30 days in Italy and airfare business and apt run about 9k. All in we spend around 15 for very nice upscale time. We also pick other countries in Europe to and some cheaper than that. Glacier Bay was beautiful and definitely a part that's embedded in my brain. Haven definitely not worth the money I spent. Maybe 3 to 4k for both and that's all in with extras IMO. Enjoy if you go!! See the world and life is short.

Great cruise overall. Some excursions were hit or miss but the ports were all great. Food has gone downhill a bit but great time. Main stage entertainment was excellent.

All in all, I had fun. It was a great experience. A beautiful, clean, modern ship. I must thank the amazing staff for their wonderful attitude and professionalism. I wish more businesses had staff as wonderful as this.

Very nice cruise. We enjoyed the Haven and all the amenities. There should be slippers supplied in the cabin along with the robes.

Even though testing mandatory, and wore mask, got COVID anyway.

Highly recommend. Norwegian does everything they can to make sure their passengers have an enjoyable cruise!

It was a great first cruise experience. We felt like we were treated like royalty everywhere on the ship. We have nothing to compare Norwegian too but you have set the bar pretty high.

Overall had a great time. Down side was not stopping in Skagway. We planned our trip to specially to do the Train ride up White Pass.

We had a great time, I'd recommend the cruise line, the ship and the trip to anyone interested in a cruise vacation. A great experience on a new cruise company than I've used in the past. I will definitely consider cruising with Norwegian Cruise Lines again.
