Would do a cruise again, but would choose more wisely on which ports the ship is going to and how long the stay is.
Embarkation
4 out of 5
It was fine. More formal signage would be better than an old man holding a handwritten placard.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
4 out of 5
All good. Service was exceptional. The two times I ordered beef it was very chewy, so that was not pleasant. The nopales salad in Los Lobos was extremely spicy and couldn't be eaten. The milkshake I had in the diner was made with ice, probably the worst I've ever had. And the cupcake from the bakery was dry. Other than that, no complaints on the food, all delicious!
Onboard Activities
3 out of 5
Go-carts, electronic games, walking laps, fitness center, spa... it was okay.
Entertainment
3 out of 5
The Beatles show was good. Kinky Boots was full of cross dressers, had to walk out on that. Choir of Man.. meh. Stayed for 3 songs, decided I'd rather do other things. One of the piano players (Alexa) was exceptional.
Children's Programs
Guess....
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
Exceptional service from everybody. Servers would go out of their way to help get what was needed/desired. The spa ladies were a little pushy trying to sell their products. Guess that's part of their job though.
Ship Quality
5 out of 5
Everything was clean, always. Layout was fine, no issues.
Cabin / Stateroom
5 out of 5
No issues. It was the perfect size, spotless, cleaned twice a day!
Ship tip
Stay away from the buffet, go to the restaurants instead.
Who cares? What a waste of money for an excursion (Forest Top Tram Ride). Would not recommend. Do not want to go again. Could've skipped this port to spend more time in Ketchikan/Victoria.
Would have picked a different excursion (or none at all) if I had known the ship docks 7 miles outside of town. With so little time in port, we never got to see Ketchikan at all.
In the room packing, never heard the directions disembarking was taking place on deck 7. In an elevator with others all trying to get to deck 4 to leave.
