Overall the experience was nice because of all the ports and the weather. I guess it's all about what you can make of a poor situation.

Our cruise was okay I mean the islands and the ocean we great, but you can sure tell the cruise lines own each port, 

Cozumel was good there is a lot of shopping ,

Honduras is really pretty and we rented a taxi on our own and Miss Sonia took us from one end of the island to he other 

Belize was good also they have added more shopping from what we were told.

Costa Maya is beautiful it is kind of a smaller area but it is newer and we think they will add more later on,they have a pool area with sand in the shopping area, and the dolphin swim area is right there also, 

This was our second cruise to Bermuda and we love it there. The beaches are great and there is much to do and see. The weather was nice except for a downpour on Sunday. We got caught in it and got soaked but had fun despite the rain. Monday and Tuesday we had wonderful weather.

Loved cruising, hated major inefficiencies/errors.

The staff was generally fantastic (with a few exceptions). The food was great - for dinner. We were a bit disappointed with the breakfast options. It would have been nice to have more variety in the dining room - the buffet had the same exact food. Bermuda was beautiful! We definitely would go back! The door off the ship was open 24 hours so you can come and go as you please. There are a lot of great activities while in port that are not included in shore excursions. My husband and I had a great time on the jet ski tour.  

We would have liked to see more free activities for sea days (there were 3). You can only go to so many gemstone lectures and trivia groups. They had crafts, but it was just origami. The bingo was $40 for three cards. The ship did offer a behind the scenes tour ($79 per person) that was fantastic and well worth it! 

Overall, we recommend this cruise and would go on it again for sure! :) 

My husband and I loved the cruise, however we would not go again during spring break!  We will go again at a different time. :)  

The dining experiences were pretty good and found most food on the buffet excellent!  Our favorite open dining room was the Venetian ~ loved the atmosphere.  The Aqua was nice too.  

Our room porter/server was exceptional!  His name was Alvin and he was the best!!  Very attentive, helpful and excellent work ethic.  He was always smiling and friendly.

The ship was pretty and very clean.  We enjoyed the promenade deck, however the people smoking just outside the door was annoying.  Did not like having to walk through a gauntlet of smoke to go outside :(  We felt like there was less "lounging" areas on the top deck compared to our cruise on the Carnival Ecstasy.  I always went to the very front or back of the ship to lay out in order to avoid the loud music around the pool area.  

The entertainment was excellent and loved ALL the shows and games in the Spinaker Lounge.

Our choice of shore excursions were perfect!  All well worth the price and we booked through the cruise line only.  The West Bay Kayak and Snorkel excursion was terrific and would highly recommend it as well as the Cave Tubing and Zip Line in Belize.  So much fun!

I will try the patch behind the ear for our next cruise.  I had a few bouts of motion sickness during the week, but not too severe.  

We had a great time. There were a great variety of ports and many excursion options. The ship was clean and the food was good. I can’t wait to sail back on Norwegian and back to these ports and try new things

This was a great trip, the ports visited were awesome.  The ship however needs a makeover or retirement.  Specialty dining was awesome.  Buffet is good for breakfast only. Room service in our balcony room for breakfast was outstanding. the 24 hour dining needs help. Avoid the Blue Lagoon, food is horrible and wait staff is miserable. The ship needs to have a limited 24 hour buffet like RC. There is only one small pool aboard and they need to enforce the rules with children.  All four hot tubs were over run by children 8-12 years old.  Very irresponsible parents. The signs say no children however when I approached staff they did nothing.  2 of the 4 hot tubs were not working they were cold. Staff was alerted but nothing done.  Entertainment and the cruise director are 5 stars.  All and all an enjoyable cruise.

Overall, our family of 5 (all adults) had a very good time. There was plenty to do on board and the entertainment was excellent. We dined in the following restaurants: Venetian, Aqua, O'Sheenhan's. The food was good but not excellent. The service staff was wonderful and everyone was very pleasant. The dress was more casual than I expected. Since we were going north in June, the weather was cool at most of the ports, but we expected that.

Great cruise even though weather didn't co-operate

This was our first cruise and we are very happy we chose this itinerary and ship. Some of our favorites:

..Cruise Director Dan France and that entire staff was amazing from start to finish, as was the on board entertainment at every stage!

..Bart C our cabin steward was an amazing asset to NCL, he greeted us warmly and made us feel very comfortable.

..The food and beverage staff were also great; the chefs providing an amazing number of choices every hour of the day.

..Our dining experience at Moderno was another first that will be hard to beat. Food was fantastic, staff was outstanding and the overall experience was beyond what we had expected.

We enjoyed our shore excursions tremendously:

..Tulum Guide Saul provided amazing information and history, he helped around markets and cafes and made sure everyone was comfortable and tended to throughout the day. The tour bus and driver were outstanding as well.

...Roatan: Wish we had arranged a shore excursion on Roatan, it was beautiful there.

...Costa Maya was huge fun, especially the Dune Buggy Adventure. The countryside, jungle and beaches were amazing. Marco, Danny and the others treated us very well and answered all question. The stopover in Muhahal was fantastic with the great chips and salsa, cold drinks and fresh fruit snacks; the private beach access was one of the most pleasant beach accommodations we have ever seen, and the small complex of friendly vendors (with fair prices!) was a plus.

...Belize, Harvest Caye, was our favorite. Not only the island, beaches and shore attractions, the hosts, dining and beaches were fantastic and the atmosphere relaxing. The flowers and carvings around the nature exhibits were beautiful. Last but not least, we were some of the first to experience a new shore excursion at Harvest Caye and cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed the mini boats. The guides, crews and staff provided a safe, clean informative and fun experience. We enjoyed operating our own small boat through mangroves and bays, seeing the fish, many birds and foliage was a great experience. We will return and when we do this will be an excursion we do again, hopefully to add seeing manatees.

From initial boarding to final disembarkation, we met many new friends and fellow travelers. The comments were unanimously glowing for every department and crewmember. NCL, the command staff and the entire crew should be proud of the experiences they provide. Thank you!

Another Great Cruise - 3 in 1 celebration Valentines, Birthday & Super bowl. Love the departure port - easy for us with family nearby, easy on easy off the ship. Birthday present for my hubby and Valentines day for us - makes planning easy plus bonus super bowl party on the ship is fun. - the TRifecta We had friends and some family join us this year so we had a total of 6 people - 3 rooms and cruising is nice, if communication is established - do it your way or meet up. I do wish the ncl app was free to use for communication between cruisers - it is $10 per person. Even if it were 10$ per cabin covering 2 people it would be more reasonable to text with each other about where your at etc. But you can call and leave messages on the room and this ship size is usually small enough that you will run into each other soon enough.

Liked the ship. Would sail on again! Le Bistro was my favorite specialty restaurant!

This cruise is especially awesome because of the freedom you get by docking for a few days. It's really nice to be able to come and go when you like. This was the second time on the same itinerary and ship. Several upgrades have been made to the ship. We really enjoyed the added specialty dining. We had the ultimate drink and dining package which really added to the enjoyment of the cruise. Overall, the cruise was fantastic! The staff was - as usual - amazing! Especially our room steward that hung birthday decorations and gave me a birthday cupcake. The view from our balcony was great! It was so relaxing to sit out and read with the sound of the ocean in the background. I much prefer this to the loudness in the pool area and sun deck. It was also very enjoyable to have the balcony slider open at night so you could hear the water as you sleep. It would be really nice to see more substantial free activities on sea days. It gets old when everything you do they are trying to sell you something. There was a craft available one day, but it was when we were in port. The library has really limited hours if you want to check out a book. Our room was for the most part great. The bed was comfortable and room was a decent size. The rooms do not seem to have gotten any upgrades recently. It would have been really nice to have another power outlet. Only one in the main cabin and one in the bathroom. My husband didn't like having to charge his apple watch in the bathroom. Additionally, the thermostat in the room left much to be desired. The buttons were worn out and the thing blinked all the time. This is an issue when you are a light sleeper. I had to cover it up with an envelope. Some times when we came in, it would be sweltering hot - the "quick cool" button worked well but the up and down did not.

Fantastic Trip. Three weeks earlier in the summer (late August early Sep) would have been even better, but we still had a fantastic time. The ship was filled with helpful and friendly staff, great food, and a wide variety of activities. But visiting the Canadian provinces was the best part of a relaxing and spectacular journey. Oh, and brush up on your French to really enjoy the last two stops.

I was, admittedly, scared to death to get on a cruise ship but decided to face my fear and go on my very first EVER real vacation. WOW, I am so glad I did. What an amazing, amazing time. The Dawn has been recently updated and fully renovated and it came out beautifully. The entire staff were wonderfully polite and friendly and very hard working. The Captain was highly charming during his announcements. There was plenty of onboard activities to satisfy just about anything you might want to do. The best part was the comradery I came upon up on the 12th deck where the pool is located. They had live bands playing all day and most of the evening and the bands were really entertaining. Made loads of new friends onboard. I just cannot say enough good things about my entire experience. I honestly cannot pick a favorite time because it was all just fantastic. The rooms are a lot larger than they appear when you're checking them out online. There was plenty of storage space and closet areas for clothing for two of us. The food everywhere was amazing, I ate better and healthier onboard than I do at home.  Just cannot say enough good things about the entire experience. My ONLY complaints are: 1. dang, the elderly women riding their carts around were so danged mean and nasty for some reason. One tried to run me over, three were really complaining about having to walk behind us during boarding. I guess they were missing Bingo? But this has nothing to do with the staff or ship itself.  2. I really think they need to just STOP allowing anyone under the age of 21-years-old to drink whatsoever. The rules were 18-21 years old could drink WINE or BEER with parental consent. That was not happening, they were drinking quite a lot of hard liquor and of course, a good many of them got out of hand. 4 girls were 'arrested' on board for just being out of control and causing a ruckus, as well as trying to steal signs from around the ship. NCL might really want to crack down on underage drinking aboard for everyone's safety and enjoyment.  I cannot wait to go on another cruise!

Our cruise on the Norwegian Dawn was wonderful!!!!  The room was great.  We had gotten a balcony room for the first time and it was well worth the extra money for the privacy and also to enjoy sunsets and sunrises from our room.  The ship was beautiful and clean, very well maintained.  The staff was so kind and friendly.  We ate every Evening in the main Dining Room, the Aqua at Section 18 and our 2 Waiters were FABULOUS!!!!  The shows were amazing, especially the magic act and the acrobatic part.  We've cruised a good bit and I must say their food was the best we have ever had.  It was really good, top of the line food.  We will definitely cruise Norwegian again.  "Thanks" to all the staff and coordinators who make this possible!  Cyndie and Paul, Vidalia, LA 

 Loved the cruise The kids splash academy and sraff were the best.  The ship was very hard to get around.  The hallways did not connect.  They would dead end at any time on any floor. You had to go through bars and the casino to get to dinner.  It's very hard to navigate.   The room was great except the toilet closet it was very very small.

We had a wonderful time on the Norwegian Dawn Cruise from Boston to Bermuda.  The room was bright and larger than I expected.  The ship was very well maintained and very clean.  The staff was friendly and helpful. On larger ships I had been on it can be difficult to find staff that has the time to answer questions and assist you with a problem.  The food was wonderful and there were many options.  Just wish they had a better vegetarian menu.  The ship was easy to get around and the shows were wonderful.  Especially the magic act and the comedy show they were my favorites!  I completely enjoyed the Murder Mystery Lunch that was great fun.  I love the idea of being docked in one port for three days we were able to completely enjoy Bermuda and all it has to offer.  Thank you Norwegian for a wonderful cruise!

I loved my cruise ! The staff was excellent . Very accommodating and would remember you name from the first time you meet them .With as many people they would meet , i loved them and will miss them until next time which i am hoping will be very soon !  I give a special  thanks to Irene , Nennette who would bring our drinks. Ricky who cleaned our rooms . They will never be forgotten . Also to everyone else who made our trip memorable.
