Overall the experience was nice because of all the ports and the weather. I guess it's all about what you can make of a poor situation.

Services were not up to par with the additional price increase of $20 PDPP. Ridicules! Additional 20% gratuities for someone handing you a canned soda is highway robbery.
Ship Quality

There is no place for sleepless night stalkers to escape too. Like a TV room where they won't disturb cabin mates. More non pay beverage stations and locations. Also something needs to be done about all day ghost chair hoarding and the use of tables in the garden cafe buffet at peak times for reading and table games. There were not enough tales to be used for lunch or dinner for the amount of guests dining.
Cabin / Stateroom

We were supposed to have an ocean view cabin deck 8 or above, yet we were assigned cabins 4506 and 4502. We were told they were an upgrade, yet they had a porthole you couldn't look out of, they were near the water line and every wave that the bow created was felt, covered the window, and slammed the side of the ship. The noises were nonstop. We were also just above the laundry room and behind the anchor chain room and on a shared floor with the ship's crew members.
This was an absoulte disaster. Everyone had to leave their cabins by 8 AM. yet everyone was stuck on the ship for over 3 hours on the ships walkways. People mis flights or pickup arrangements because the situation was out of control. No annocements were made nor were the issues address. Most crew members had no clue on what to do.
Glad you enjoyed most of it. Great itinerary. Cruising is not what it was previously. There have been cutbacks and price increases on all cruise lines.
