There were multiple family reunions some things were so crowded it was impossible to participate in, lines for the buffet was hectic, kids running through areas they shouldn't be running through. Unfriendly uncooperative staff. Paying everyday gratuities yet being charge gratuity every time I buy a drink or order room service on top of what you've already paid. Just not happy this time around. I expected more Norwegian.

My family and I had a great time we can't wait for the next Cruise. We loved the music, food, shows and hospitality. Every time we return back to the ship we were greeted with friendly smiles and celebrations.

all in all it was a great cruise, met a lot of locals from Boston area. Very relaxing and memorable. The only thing that We were a little upset about was, we were told we were going to St Croix prior to sailing. The night before sailing out oif St Kitts we were told the next port would be St Thomas. there was still a lot of devastation to see. the shops were opened but this was there first time in 2 months. FEMA is still on the island.

Enjoy NCL ships, cruises, crew, food and entertainment. Always room for improvement. Cruising for 25 years, have seen so many changes, so many little things that cruise lines no longer do, disappointing to see so many changes over the years. What happened to the mint on the pillow? First cruise that I did not have 1 single mint!

Very smooth, excellent service, ship was CLEAN, drink package was fun. Food meh, but so friggin' salty it could cause a health problem. Outside of St Thomas, ports sort of sucked. Entertainment on ship was poor, and pool entertainment too loud and dumb.

We have been on many cruises. First time sailing from Boston. And being November, we were a tad nervous of what the seas could be like. We had great weather. Once in the south, weather stayed good. Rained some, but it's still the rainy season, so that is to be expected. Ship was great. Staff was amazing. Would sail on NCL , and on the Dawn again.

We enjoyed the first 3 days the cruise being sea days. Allowed us to distress! The weather was not as sunny as we would like, but you cannot control everything. The package we got which included drink package, 3 specialty dining and free gratuities is hard for anyone cruise lines to match. Because of that we will cruise Norwegian again.

Everything was great as far as ship not sure I will be using again because I never got my onboard credit that was promised on purchase. Never had this issue before when I booked on other sites

Overall, very good for the price but the 13.99 a day per person is a little steep. That really ads up and the drinks are very expensive. We spent more on the extras than we did on the actual cruise!

Everything was good except the food! It tasted like i was eating frozen cafeteria food, even in the specialty resteraunts. I have cruised with Norwegian many many times and it seems like every time the food gets worse and worse! Other than that everything else was wonderful!

I live on a fixed income, so therefore this was my 3rd trip on Norwegian Dawn to Bermuda. I do not have to pay airfare because I live 40 miles south of Boston. I do wish that there was a better selection of cruises out of Boston.

havetaken this cruise to burmuda manny times this was worse time ever, even music at bool blaring when dj at poolside had to shout to talk to traveling companions or go inside to buffet area where mush quieter . too much of a party ship ,

Not sure I will ever sail with NCL again. Not my first NCL cruise but potentially my last. When my children and I boarded and entered our stateroom, the bathroom smelled like URINE! I believe my cabin was a so called "upgrade" which was adjacent to 3 staff only rooms. The doors to those rooms constantly slammed shut, making resting almost impossible. I could not get into the staterooms safe, ugh. I asked to change rooms and was rudely told NO by guest services. As a matter of reference my wife and I sailed on the old NCL Majesty on our honeymoon. I told our children this and they had a look on their face, as if to say "you took mom on a smelly bathroom cruise? Finally I spoke with a fellow passenger who got on the ship within 10 days of sailing and paid, according to him, $650.00 from Iowa which included his airfare. I have written NCL and am awaiting their response

Love to travel but unfortunately will not use Norwegian again. Started off first being denied the use of our voucher from twin river, was told week was not part of voucher BUT I met about 5 couples who used their free cruise voucher.

I had a great time in most of the ports, but if you are looking for a completely satisfying experience---- fly to a large city, rent a car and drive it. This is especially true if you want to see outlying areas such as Acadia National Park or the Cabot Trail or Peggy's Lighthouse etc. The tours offered through the ship or by taxis or vans at the port are set at an exceedingly high fixed price and certainly not worth it. I wasted $150 for 3 hours in Sydney to see nothing, after the guides say how fantastic everything is. I should have taken tge Regal Princess which was a far better ship and had a slightly better itinerary.

We enjoyed our time on this cruise. We don't travel often, so just getting away is very refreshing. Not sure I'd pick Norwegian again - depends on where the cruise is.

This was a great cruise. I would do it again. We met many people that were getting back on the ship to do the cruise back to Boston. I recommend doing at least a short excursion to find out a little about the area and then doing some sightseeing on your own.
