You were on the ship for 7 days and never thought of inquiring about it when you didn’t see it on your account on day one? Did you have it on your cruise itinerary documents prior to boarding? If it was me and I was due that I would of checked ASAP!

- Was your booking directly with NCL? - You would've received an "Amenity Invoice" that would list your OBC..... did you bring that down to Guest Services? - Have you contacted your TA or PCC to find out what happened?
