Review summary

I was very disappointed with the level of service, with the quality of entertainment, with the friendliness of the staff, with the reaction of management to complaints. This cruise is ideal for senior citizen but not for a young person.

Food and Dining

All staff were not very friendly and did not smile. Food selection was poor. Service was poor. Servers refused to make recommendations. When we complained to management, those complaints were met with laughter.

Onboard Activities

There is only one pool and it was often overcrowded. The fitness center was fine. There are hardly any other activities to join.

Entertainment

The cruise director jokes were lame. The signers missed notes and did not sound good. DJ was not very good either. Performers did not want to speak to us after the performance.

No one smiled. Steward did not acknowledge female occupant of the cabin. Staff were not helpful.
