if you are looking for quiet times choose haven. otherwise the ship feels very crowded with 4000 guest onboard. shopping is not as exciting as Royal Carribean. But, staff and food is great.

Your room key controls the lights and electricity in your cabin, so once you leave the room with your key any devices you have plugged in to charge will stop charging. Go to customer service and get a guest door card which you can leave in the room all the time.

One thing I will advise is when you get to your room, you use your card key to open it, once inside to your left is a slot for you to put your card in, and leave it in, it operates your lights and electricity, we took awhile to figure that out, also, if you have a balcony, the handle on the sliding
