Get to the pool by 8:30 am if you expect to get chairs.

if you are looking for quiet times choose haven. otherwise the ship feels very crowded with 4000 guest onboard. shopping is not as exciting as Royal Carribean. But, staff and food is great.

A lot of people, I did get to do almost everything I wanted, I didn't do the drop down water slide, always a long long line!

Breakaway stabilizers work well to steady the ship :)

Just go with Carnival. its way cheaper, prettier, and better for kids and adults.

Your room key controls the lights and electricity in your cabin, so once you leave the room with your key any devices you have plugged in to charge will stop charging. Go to customer service and get a guest door card which you can leave in the room all the time.

I was never in favor of going on one of the larger ships, but my family really enjoyed it, and one of my sons wants to go back on the ship again. My main complaints are what I listed above in the review section.

A lot of additional fees once you get on the ship. I was told Royal Caribbean was better as far as pricing and amenities and food. I am hooked on cruising but will probably try another cruise line for my next cruise for Christmas.

This is a mega ship with 4000 people but we loved Deck 8 outside- the Waterfront. We also found great places up above on decks 16, 17 & 18.

The Haven Dinning room was excellent

Because its a new ship, there are better activities on it. The rope course is cool.

A ship intended for families. (But don't take children to Rock of Ages!!) Attentive crew. Lots of fun. Personable Cruise Director - he was often visible throughout the ship and interacted with passengers - a definite "plus".

The ship is huge, but easy to navigate and had a small town feeling.

For a break from the crowds, look for the wicker chairs aft on the Starboard side of Deck 8 (The Waterfront) just outside the boutique. Away from the crowds but just a stroll to the outdoors Shakers bar.

great ship. if you see anything musical with justin on the daily schedule, go see him - you will not regret it.

One thing I will advise is when you get to your room, you use your card key to open it, once inside to your left is a slot for you to put your card in, and leave it in, it operates your lights and electricity, we took awhile to figure that out, also, if you have a balcony, the handle on the sliding

Love Norwegian Breakaway! Absolutely love Bermuda. My 4th time visiting.
