Review summary

The NCL Breakaway was too big a Ship for our liking. We stayed in the Haven Suites which was very nice and highly recommended if you go on this Ship. You are away from the masses of people. You have your own private dinning area, lounge,  pool and deck areas. Once you leave this sanctuary you have to deal with thousands of people with no space to breathe. The service in the speciality restaurants was below average. They rushed you and we're not at all attentive.also the quality of the food has declined in my opinion. We saw two shows that were enjoyable, Rock of Ages and Burn the Floor, a dance presentation. All in all I like much smaller ships

Cabin was great, even had a whirlpool tub in the bedroom. The bed was large and very comfortable.

Ship tip

The Haven Dinning room was excellent
