Review summary
Our friends planned this cruise 2 years ago. We were so excited planning on celebrating my friends cancer free years.
We booked our staterooms next to each other. For some reason when we arrived we found out had changed one of the rooms to starboard side and a different floor. We found out the ship was full and there was nothing that could be done. We did not get to experience the time and plans we had made. has not been helpful in compensating us for this mistake on their part. The cruise however was wonderful even though we were not able to always connect and one afternoon lost each other for 3 hours. VERY Frustrating. Perhaps using a different company next time will work better.
