Overall we had a fabulous week. How can you not when you are on vacation and traveling with family and friends! The cruise ship was nice. Loved NYC and Bermuda! There was a lot to do. The food and service were disappointing. You can cruise on carnival for half the price and receive better service and food.

Not a fun ship nasty bathrooms. To many people pool isn't fun and no seats unless you put a towel on a chair at 7am so if you have to get ur so early you can't rest.

Very good cruise, very convenient for someone who lives in the NYC area. The ship is clean the crew is friendly for the most part. Never saw the cruise director.

Overall this was a great vacation. Being able to leave from NYC was a real plus. The food was excellent. Bermuda is a wonderful port to visit. Lots to see and do and the people are extremely friendly. Had a great room. Loved the balcony. The only disappointment was disembarkation -- 45 minutes just to get off the ship. This is a bog ship but there has got to be a better way to get people off.

It was an excellent trip and we fully satisfied with the service provided by the ship crew. Exceptional choice s of food and great service. It wold be better if more free shows added and also increase the frequency.

Overall we had a fantastic week on an amazing ship! The entertainment was excellent, many activities, and dining options, and Bermuda is a beautiful place to explore.

The trip was outstanding! Andre an was a great bartender and server. The specialty restaurants were delicious. Easy on and off the ship. Can't wait to go back next year.

Good cruise. Okay ship. It is a huge ship with a lot of people and crew so there aren't really too many quiet spots. Make sure you like people! We recommend having a balcony to relax and enjoy the complimentary continental breakfast room service every morning. It is great!

GIVE GUESTS THE OPTION OF CHANGING THEIR FREE PACKAGE ONCE THEY'VE ARRIVED ON THE SHIP. (remove the 48 hour prior policy). This would be valuable to a first time cruiser, or helpful to those who cancel an excursion, for whatever reason while on board, or to someone, like me, who realized I'd prefer to have the drink package. The corporate offices in Florida, should be able to find a way to accommodate this adjustment. Work to find a solution, to allow for this to happen. As you know, at the end of the day, it comes down to customer service! Overall, it's a nice ship, and the staff worked hard to accommodate such a large crowd. I felt nickel & dimed to a significant extent. There is a mindset by many, that a cruise is an all-inclusive experience. The added costs add up, and breach the trust between passenger & cruise line. For this reason, I'll be looking towards smaller ships that offer more a better value as part of the package.

Too many people in too many lines for everything, too many people saving places and seats for others, certainly not relaxing. Crowded beyond belief in the pools and hot tubs.

On the plus side, really enjoyed 3 of the evening events, especially Burn The Floor, Justino and Daniella Magicians, Howl at the Moon.

Horrible room location and Food ! When booking through WorldWide Travel (BJ'S) they never stated the room had a blocked room and was in front of a designated smoking area !!! What's the sense of paying al the extra $$ for a balcony when you couldn't even use it, because if you did you where constantly sitting in a wave of smoke. Also, there are some floating devices / Bumpers that are stored right in front of your room, so you couldn't sit in the chairs and see the water, total waste of the money.

This is first time on NCL.  Wonderful trip.  Loved staying in Bermuda for 2 1/2 days.  Made it so relaxing to get off and on the boat anytime you wanted without a crowd.  Food choices were fantastic- we didn't feel we missed out on anything by not eating in any specialty restaurants.  We had the ultimate beverage package- very much worth it for us!  Room wasn't that clean when we got in- kleenex and other garbage in bathroom missed, carpet not cleaned the best, dusty.  The turn around time is so fast, I imagine it is hard to do right- but  by the 2nd day our 'guy' had it all spiffy without me saying anything. Loved just exploring the whole boat and taking advantage of all that is offered.  Spent a lot of time in the Spa- great services.

We loved the food at all restaurants, the pool time and exploring Bermuda of course!  The staff was amazing and we really felt relaxed and enjoyed every minute of our time on the Breakaway!  Elliot and Luigi at Maltings bar were the BEST and Gusti and Juliet at the pool bar too!  Ronan, our room steward, made us feel welcome and took care of us all the time! 

Can't wait to book another!

Cruise was wonderful  (Food, Entertainment, in particular Emily & Arvin -let us know what cruises they are playing on and we may consider especially if to Alaska) Services, ambiance, lodging, etc..  The problem we had was the DELAYED EMBARKATION CAUSED US TO MISS OUR TRANSPORTATION WE HAD SET UP FOR BETWN. 10 & 10:30 (GO AIRLINK LEFT US HANGING).  At the ages of 83 & 80 we had to run around trying to find a Taxi and almost missed our scheduled flight. I assume you will inform Norwegian on our behalf.?? Let us know. 

I was impressed with the professionalism of the staff/drew and how  pleasantly they dealt with guests.  The food was outstanding. There was a wide variety of entertainment and excursions to suit many tastes. I wish there had been one less day at sea and one more day in Bermuda, which is a fantastic destination with much to offer.

This was one of our best cruises, very well organized in getting us onboard and off the ship.  Ship staff was very courteous, helpful and friendly.  The only negative comment we have is being charged for yoga classes and classes only being 30 min and then charged an additional 18% on them.  

We want to do it again in about 2 years.

We cruised to Bermuda from June18th till June 25th. We had an exceptional time. Stayed at Haven (highly recommended!) Everything was great, besides few comments and suggestions (not a complaint!) about the main dining in Haven the reason for the 4 stars. We will definitely go on another cruise with Norwegian as soon as our schedule allow us.

Our favorite part was being in Bermuda for an extended time. The food aspect could be improved considerably. I would recommend this cruise to friends and family.

As far as Cheap Cruises No problem.  This was the first time on a big ship. Did not enjoy the ship at all.We have been on maney cruises 20 to be exact.We really like the smaller ships Norwegian Breakway.  Too big! The crew wasn't as friendly.Too maney people. Been to Bermuda 12 times this was the worse.
