Review summary

Cruise was wonderful (Food, Entertainment, in particular Emily & Arvin -let us know what cruises they are playing on and we may consider especially if to Alaska) Services, ambiance, lodging, etc.. The problem we had was the DELAYED EMBARKATION CAUSED US TO MISS OUR TRANSPORTATION WE HAD SET UP FOR BETWN. 10 & 10:30 (GO AIRLINK LEFT US HANGING). At the ages of 83 & 80 we had to run around trying to find a Taxi and almost missed our scheduled flight. I assume you will inform Norwegian on our behalf.?? Let us know.

Arvin & Emily were outstanding and connected with all Audiences with passion and love. Burn the Floor was unbelievable with talent and energy and showmanship performed by the best dancers in the world.

Go Norwegian, You will have the time of your life- You'll be pampered, can go to your favorite restaurants and enjoy the food you like, entertainment options are fantastic, you can gamble in the large Casino, exercise is a modern gymnasium, relax in one of the many whirlpools and go to the SPA

Always use the cruise shuttle to take you to airport. They have always gotten me to the plane on time.

- as lab341 mentioned, this isn't a NCL sponsored app so any complaints you should contact NCL directly - a quick Google search for GO Airlink NYC and the reviews are terrible...... seems like you received the type of service many other travelers have received from them - sorry your disembarking was stressful but I'm glad you had a great experience on the ship

Flights should always be scheduled for at least noon or later in case ship is delayed arriving in port along with issues getting thru customs.
