Did not meet my expectations. We made the best of it and enjoyed ourselves immensely, but we were somewhat disappointed in the quality of this cruise for the money spent.

Extremely disappointed that our trip was cut short by an entire day and we were only given a $25 onboard credit per person. The pool was closed the entire time we were at sea, the zip line area and water slides were also closed for a large portion of time... $75 onboard credit doesn't really do us any justice

Was the perfect vacation. From the weather to the island to the food. The boat was great and there was plenty to see and do on the ship.Room was perfect.

WE DID EVERYTHING THAT WE COULD DO FOR OUR AGE. SHOWS, TRIVA GAMES, MINI GOLF, GAME SHOW, COMEDY AND MAGIC SHOWS. WE LOVED IT ALL. WE ATE AND DRANK OUR FILL. MADE NEW FRIENDS. IT WAS JUST GREAT!

Not impressed by the Breakaway. Food was so-so, wait staff was less than great, and I wouldn't recommend Rock of Ages for anyone under 18. Bermuda is great if you just want to park at the beach for a few days or shop in Hamilton. Not our favorite cruise so far.

Loved the ship, lots to do, highly recommended, casino was nice, if I could i would have opted for a bigger room. Beverage package is a necessity. Bermuda id an amazing place to see.

Our frist cruise although was a good vacation we did not feel that we were cruising people. We decided to give it another chance and we with a different travel agency. Dream Vacations got us on the NCL Breakaway. We had a BLAST!!!!!! Super happy definitely looking forward to another cruise . NCL is the way to go as well as Dream Vacations travel agents.

Enjoyable last-minute cruise, but beyond disappointed in the cabin and disembarkation. The specialty restaurants are fabulous, especially the Brazilian restaurant – not to be missed.

Had a great time but will probably fly to Bermuda for a future visit instead of cruising. First time with Norwegian and will probably try a different cruise line for the next cruise, or at least a ship with fewer amenities and fewer passengers.

I look forward to the Escape. However for newbies like my sister who accompanied me on this trip fantastic. She enjoyed herself extremely. I am a platinum latitude member and I didn't feel that special at all after working so hard to receive platinum. I thank for the wine at dinner at Cagney of which I was told I could only have one appetizers, and entree. It should be unlimited. I didn't even get a note to go to meet with the captain .Guess it means nothing these days. Not even a pin for sailing on the ship. Bring the pins back..it's fun collecting.

Bermuda is a beautiful place to visit - easy to get around, safe, great beaches. Easy departure from NY it would be even better if NCL had more folks working the check in line - rooms were ready as soon as we boarded, always a nice way to start a cruise. Ship is new so very clean, crew friendly and sincere about making sure everyone had a great time. Many entertainment options on the ship. I highly recommend dinner reservations prior to sailing, noticed long lines waiting for tables at the best times.

We had a terrible time! Worst cruise we could have picked! We could barely understand the cruise director “Dan-Dan” We understand that he had an accent, but when he talked over the PA system you could barely understand what he was saying. The hostess working at the Le Bistro restaurant was just rude to us. When we asked if we could speak to someone else, she told us no, she was the one in charge. We had an issue with our dining plan when we showed up for our reservation time. We told her we would go to service desk and be right back. It was a night in port, the restaurant was empty. She was mad at us because we came back 10 minutes after our assigned time. And then even questioned if we had fixed and payed for our dinner. The Garden Café buffet was horrible. Children running everywhere, putting their hands into food, spilling food, tasting food and putting it back into buffet. Most of the hot food was cold. This was both at breakfast and lunch. We purchased a special room so we would have access to the Thermal spa. We wanted a space for quiet, peaceful time. It was always noisy, people having loud conversations. So many people were in there that there were never enough hot bed chairs, or even lounge chairs available for use. We wasted our money on this. Was not relaxing at all. We were never able to even get into a pool. It was so small, and every day it was packed like sardines. And then the children’s pool broke down and the main pool got worse. A 7 day cruise and not once in the pool, how bad is that. The smoking on the ship was terrible. I understand given them areas, but people were smoking where they wanted. And why would we want to use the casino, it reeked. We tried dealing with Guest Services. Every time we did they said that they could do nothing for us. We have no control over that was normally their answer. And if we asked for a manager, they told us no one was available. This was the worst money we have ever spent. You need to work long and hard at making serious changes to your procedures.

The Breakaway is a MASSIVE ship with plenty to do and see if you plan well, but it can be a bit overwhelming at times. Keep an eye on the Freestyle Daily and have a plan and you'll do well with your cruise vacation.

It was a great time and we will definitely do it again eh a group of friends. We made lifelong memories and visited a beautiful country. The beaches were spectacular. Elbow beach was a must!! Skip horseshoe beach. Enjoy and get he lost out of the ultimate beverage package!!!

A very relaxing voyage in a fabulous ship. The journey was a bit long to visit only one place (Bermuda), but we were never bored. The snorkeling trip arranged by NCL (Norwegian) was a big let down. It seemed clear that the trip organizers have a captive customer base from NCL and do not care. I suggest you to arrange your own on-shore trips via other agencies or websites.

Everything was great except for the restaurant food and service, except for the blue ocean. Also dropped about 1,500 at the casino with really bad slot returns. Didn't even have enough returns to enjoy play time on the slots.

Thankfully I am a positive person and I went with great friends and family. I made the most of a terrible experience but would never cruise Norweign Breakaway again.

It was really good ship, well maintained and a lot of activities. But service in some places was really bad. This could have been a perfect vacation if that was not the case.

Great family vacation, the island is clean, people are friendly and the beaches are beautiful! We enjoyed the spa, and onboard entertainment. The shore excursions were worth the money!

Overall, Bermuda was the saving grace of this trip. Norwegian was a big let down compared to my experiences on Royal Caribbean, but Bermuda was worth the trip.
