Great ship and crew Very comfortable and clean Staff is happy

The ship was very nice, though too many floors to go up that were just staterooms. Would be better if common areas more interspersed. Going upstairs (we didn’t use elevators - they were just too crowded and took forever) we had to constantly climb through floors 9-15 with no stopping points. Would be nice to have a couple of lounges like the observation lounge there and rooms put on other floors. Other than that we loved some features: 8th floor blue chairs and 3/4 walking deck, the observation lounge. Atrium was too crowded and noise level very high. Pool area too crowded. Pool area not much larger than Gem but there are twice the people on board! So extremely crowded. Sadly we had to avoid that area. We loved the ports. Want to take this itinerary again.

Overall it was a good cruise. Entertainment was very good. However, food quality in main dining room suffering because of so many specialty restaurant. Service overall was very good too.

Captain in crew did a great job including accelerating around a storm off the Carolina's

Overall the stops and amenities for the price paid is excellent. I love the offers you get with Norwegian and will sail with them again

I’m going to try other cruise line. Because I didn’t feel that I was treated equally for the amount of money I spent and the amount of cruises I took with Norwegian. Very disappointing😥

I was always loyal to NCL but after cruising on the Bliss i may well have to look into another Cruise Line. Too much upsell. The activity list included more ads for the auctions & Effy than actual entertainment.

We had fun on this cruise. There were some issues, but not enough to ruin the cruise. Main issue was crowding and the attitude of the staff other than the room stewards.

Very nice 8 day trip to Florida and the Bahamas. The entertainment aboard the Bliss was exceptional, and better than expected.

While we usually love Norwegian, and cruising, this was the worst experience we have had. All because the ship is so big, they struggled with accommodating everyone, it was too overcrowded and very challenging to get around, and get on elevators. We all got sick too, and had to see doctors when we got home. We all had bronchitis.

I did not like the fact that everything was extra and I felt I was nickle and dimed. Everything was extra. The onboard texting feature, purchased for $10, was horrible. It was very spotty and most times the texts were delayed and made communicating with my family impossible.

I am raving to all my friends about this ship. My husband and I had an awesome time. THANK YOU

This was my first time cruising. It was a learning experience since I have nothing to compare Norwegian bliss too.

They missed the island and that was only warm day and headed back to ny. The dining rooms food needed more variety and better quality. Buffet not great.

Just a wonderful cruise, met many lovely families, relaxed so much it was exhausting.

The ship was understaffed, the staff hardly has a smile on their face. The food in Manhattan Dining were very salty. I would like to have a relax vacation but instead I am waiting in a long line for shows, always have a hard time finding a table in Garden Cafe. The lounges were too small and there were no floor space for people to dance.

glad to have experienced our first cruise, the boat was huge, the staff was awesome, but we did get bored because even though there’s something to do all the time half of those things you don’t want to do. Also the weather affected the outdoor activities. Personally think they should have their own dock so we could’ve experience Norwegians Island and also an indoor swimming pool would’ve helped

PROS: Great ship, great service, great stage shows, great food inc Specia;ty restaurants. CONS: Children all over the place at all times of the day and night. In all the bars, even after 10 PM. Wheelchairs seem to have almost vanished, only to be replaced by strollers everywhere.

This was my 2nd time with Norwegian my first experience was really good but apparently this experience was not as pleasant due to a misbehavior by a shore excursion member and less activities, cancellations of privet island in Bahamas, food was not as good as it was in Norwegian Escape, food at the Manhattans was terrible, local was ok not as good as Oseahan, very long wait for the food to arrive. This time I was very disappointed by Norwegian, next time I will think twice to book Norwegian. Getting on to the ship we were in line for over 2 hours very slow check In and only few people were working, system was down was their excuse. Top of all this A member from Shore Excursion desk name Abijeet misbehave badly, no apologies were received. My experience was not good at all. My kids booked go car and laser tag they were canceled last minute that was the main reason to go in Bliss to experience go car but they cancelled them on us 😡😡😞😞😞 , nothing was offered for cancellations to go on a private island Strip Cay.....
