Review summary

I’m going to try other cruise line. Because I didn’t feel that I was treated equally for the amount of money I spent and the amount of cruises I took with Norwegian. Very disappointing😥

The treatment of most staff was horrible. They would only go out of their way for white people, if you were black they would serve you last.

The lounge chairs in the atrium were really worn and horrible looking.

The bed was hard as a rock. The room was way too small for two people traveling for two weeks. No real closet space or storage.

Ship tip

If you are black be prepared to be ignored and treated badly.

Great Stirrup Cay (Cruise Line Private Island), Bahamas

It was sad to look over at Royal Caribbean’s islands compared to ncl. Everyone Preferred to go to Royal Caribbean island, the tendering was horrible. We went in circles for a hour in the ocean with had strong waves. I felt so sick.

Thank you for sharing YOUR opinion and experience. I realize not everyone's experience will be the same nor will everyone's expectations be the same. I do appericatate you sharing yours, after all thats why I read the reviews to get a good selection and then make my own choice.

Not sure why the race card had to thrown into your review..... if your drink wasn’t right ask for another. As for Royal Caribbean’s island looking better maybe do your homework next time on the ship for room size and island itinerary. I hope your next cruise is better

Try RC, you will be treated like royalty! Not slamming NCL as I haven been on cruise yet, but I've never had a problem with RC.

Too bad you hated your not listed cruise stuffed in a tiny inside cabin with too much luggage Perhaps if you were nicer to the hardworking international interracial staff and crew you might have had a more enjoyable non listed cruise on some ship. Sounds you have had the same experience on every other cruise you haven’t taken.
