Overall we had a beautiful experience. My 2 recommendations, fix the elevator situation since this seemed to bother most guests we met, and there is a huge opportunity to elevate the service.

Confusing. We signed ups for Priority Access, which was approx. $250 for both, but the process at was not clearly delineated at checkin.

Food was excellent, service needs to be improved. We found the service on the Breakaway much better.

Service and Staff
3 out of 5
There is opportunity to improve the overall service. We have cruised in several other ships including the NCL Breakaway and always found the staff very friendly and super engaging. On other ships the room steward came to our cabin to introduce himself which we always appreciated. However we had to find our room steward on this cruise. We did meet 4 officers including the General Manager and they were all extremely friendly, warm and engaging.
Ship Quality

Extremely clean, LOVED the Observation Lounge and LOVED the Waterfront. However as this was a HUGE ship with over 4000 guests the elevator situation was just awful and actually detracted from our overall experience. There were only 2 elevator banks which created very full elevators and long delays. The elevators seemed smaller and with the MANY scooters and wheelchairs it made the situation impossible. Extremely frustrating. We used the steps 90% of the time but as there were 20 decks that was not always easy.
Cabin / Stateroom

Loved our room and especially LOVED our bathroom. Double sink was awesome and the large stall shower with the very large shower head was definitely a huge plus.
Ship tip
Get in shape so you can use the steps and book all your dining well in advance.
Another one of our favorite ports. Did the Dune Buggy excursion with snorkeling and LOVED it. 4 people to a buggy, beach stop with an option to snorkel, back in the buggy and a drive through the island, and then arrive on the opposite side of the island which was the most exquisite Caribbean Beach. Stopped for a local lunch which was very good, walk on the beach and back to the ship. Approx. 5 hours. Lots of time for shopping. Lots of great local shops.
Same issue, we had Priority Access, which worked as far as being one of the first groups to get off the ship, however after that it was not clear where to go. Needs to be clearly delineated.
