Already looking to book again! Can’t wait to sail on MSC again!

Excellent cruise, easy on/off great shows awesome food

Overall, this was a great experience and would probably do it again. This was our first cruise and it didn't disappoint. I encourage everyone to g et on it. It's nice and affordable. If you drink a lot get the drink package. The only think you get with your booking is the room, buffet style food and whatever they have at the fountain for drinks(none are carbonated), and complementary dining experience(and if you want breakfast and lunch also complementary). Everything else you need to pay for. Tips for the crew are nice, but they also charge you tips per person per day @ a rate of $14/per/day.

Good but looking for a little more entertainment.

Will never cruise with MSC again. Service was terrible. They charged my account 8 times instead of one. Overcharged $11,314, and they said that we need to wait a minimum of 2 billing cycles to get a refund. They even told us that some customers have to wait 4 months for their refund. They’re doing fraudulent transactions using their customers’ money. They didn’t even compensated us for using our money , for all the stress they caused us, and for all the time that we spent on the phone trying to recover our money. Even emailed some executives, and called several times, but our requests were ignored all the time. They finally said they could only compensate us with a $50 credit, but they didn’t even gave us $50, they actually removed a $100 cabin credit that was part of our reservation promotion. Really bad service.

It was a great experience, nice and modern ship, great activities.

Would not go again unless we could get Yacht Club at a good price.

MSC has a long way to go to compete in the USA. Most passengers were European so perhaps this is their target market. Many crew members speak very little English so the muster was very confusing. We were sent to different locations multiple times. So much could be done to streamline boarding but apparently they don’t want to incorporate knowledge from other cruise lines. What a shame. We are experienced cruisers and I can say with confidence that we will never cruise with MSC again, nor recommend them to our friends.

Unfortunately, this was our first and last time cruising MSC.

Great stage shows, great cleanliness. Awful food and bar service. Zero communication before and during the cruise. Website is really bad. No one will answer basic questions at customer service phone line.

Seriously, you couldn’t pay me to go on MSC again. I need a vacation after this vacation. Thoroughly disappointed that we paid for this.

This is the only cruise that I lost weight on. The food was bad, incredibly bad and this is an Italian company, WTF? They matched my status level but I have no idea what benefit I actually received. Still waiting for a final copy of the bill.

Boarded with great expectations. But after all the negative experiences, departed with great disappointment.

Looking at booking another cruise for next year! We enjoyed ourselves but wish there had been more verity of music. Country would be nice. We had hoped for some dancing on the high seas! Maybe more 'control' of the noise volume. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves and will continue to book other cruises as possible.

Amazing cruise. Its elegant design distinguishes it from other ship. The food was amazing, loved the mozarella station...The staff was super friendly and approachable. They work really hard and deserve good treatment...the shows overall where excellently performed

Cultural and customer service training is needed for the staff

We enjoyed the cruise. We may go on another ship if it has good reviews. It served our purpose and probably would do it again under the same circumstances. Food and drink were mediocre at best which is a let down for a Foodie, but we didn't do any of the specialty dining which may have been a better experience.

There was a bad disconnect between delta and msc, it was my birthday cruise and it was stressful leading up to embarkation. Delta left out important information about shuttles and other things. We had to keep calling back and forth between them, as they told us to call the other one. I just think next time I will book directly through whatever cruise line I choose

Loved this cruise you won’t be disappointed!! Great for couples and families

this was a great experience, and our first trip on MSC cruiseline. we would definitely sail with them again. we loved the beautiful ship, wonderful food choices and very clean and comfortable cabin. the private island was an excellent place to relax and swim. the staff were all very patient, attentive and good at their jobs, and made us feel welcome.
