It was our Christmas cruise for our family, I wished it had been a memorable experience and that your ship, crew and down to costumer service had more customer service experience, for example kindness, knowledge, and the where with all to get the job done.

The police was investigating a problem that occurred and the ship personal was NOT prepared in handle the on coming guests in any sort of organized matter. Assistance was poor the left was NOT telling the right what it was doing. I was terrible from start to finish. My travel experiences with other cruises have been far superior.

It's the first time in all my cruises I ate more pizza than ever, and that's when peperone was available. The dinning room was casual at best, tight and jammed packed, not comfortable at all and the food well lets say that NOT GOOD is mildly putting it .
I've never seen so much food go to waste because it was just bad, tasteless and that's when it was available. And don't expect variation here like most ships.. Buffet is just about same old same for most part.

FYI. we tried to get the non alcoholic drink package which most guest had on the ship and we were told it was not available or that we had to buy it when we arrived only.... NOT TRUE. a bottle of water is $7 and they "discontinued" the package on this 3 day... hmmmm how is it others had it?
This experience was a mess from start to finish... so sad!

In most ships everyone in the crew smiles says a the very least good morning with a smile... NOT the case here. I was able t o count 2. Room stewards were nice and courteous as they were 1 of the 2.

This balcony room is a littler tighter than the others my family had. Shower is a tight squeeze as well. Water pressure was good.

Don't take this cruise spend the money on Royal, Norwegian, River cruise, Disney....
nothing to do. cabana was far walks to food and bar. the people trolly was crazy as only one on property. And left did not knw what right was doing either. This company does not have a service system in place like most cruises I've been on
It is strange how polarized the reviews are for MSC. In my experience, the food, service, etc was not as good as other lines but not bad. I think it is the management/customer service/policies that are doing it. It seems there are two types of MSC passengers. Those who had issues with the management and those who have not yet had issues. For most people, once you get screwed, it taints your whole experience.
Comparing a river cruise or disney priced cruise to an econo MSC is silly. Our balcony on MSC was enormous...because we choose a transition location. Thought we would dislike the free food based on reviews but it was good. Very tasty.
