Review summary

Great ship (a little bigger than we like), liked the Aurea Experience. Weird that we had to link our cabin to cards AFTER we were on the ship. Any way to do that before you embark? Would like to see more solo and handicap cabins. Had trouble booking a seat for the free shows in the Theater. Houdini Show was cancelled and we have to email to get a refund - would be nice to have it automatically refunded to our account.

The BEST cabin we ever had!! Huge, loved having a wraparound balcony with a jacuzzi. Sofa was sometimes to keep the cushions on.

Check out the YouTubes. Know how to get to your cabin. Ask about the ship chart small brochure. The MSC Me App did NOT work for us.

Wonderful!! Would have liked more trams, and maybe food trucks with more than burgers, hot dog, fries. Light house show was amazing. Lighthouse bar was great. Pina Colandas were delicious.

Disembarkation

Great except - didn't realize that we disembarked on Deck 6. Wasn't able to have breakfast because we had to get Express Off. Maybe Waves could be opened earlier OR have food shops opened.

Christmas cruise gone BAD

Could have been better

Excellent! Food, entertainment, cleanliness, service, beach at Ocean Cay everything was excellent. The ship was so beautiful sparkle, glam, chrome, glass not a fingerprint to be had anywhere. Our room with balcony was super clean and spacious.
