Review summary

Overall it was a good cruise but still needs improvement for buffet food and entertainment shows, also they need to find a way to speed up the embarkation and disembarkation process.

The restaurant food was great, our server Jacksy and his assistant were awesome, but the buffet food was below par, Non-Vegetarian food was not cooked properly. No good juice drinks served.

Disembarkation

Disembarkation was horrible as it was delayed for more than 7 hours as someone was on overboard and took their lives and people were fighting in the line during disembarkation, it was a bad experience as we had special needs and it was tough for us..

Just curious how you think disembarkation could've been better? A lady jumped from the ship shortly before docking. I was on the sailing departing that day, also delayed to board and start my cruise with a notification at 7am the ship hadn't arrived into port and by 8:30 a notification via email and text that we were to arrive 5 hours past our schedule time. Shorted more than a half day I think MSC did a great job in getting us onboard and out of port only 2 hours past schedule considering the circumstances that nobody planned for. I get your frustrations but the disembarking of your cruise wasn't due to MSC.

Appreciate your detailed review. Sorry your debarkation was such a debacle. Glad you mostly enjoyed your the rest of your cruise.

Glad you enjoyed most of it. I’m not sure what else they could’ve done to keep from being delayed on debarkation Baystone the reason.
