Review summary

This was my first cruise so I didn’t know what to expect. Embarkation and disembarkation were a total failure, what a disaster. Once on board everything was wonderful.

Embarkation

What a cluster. The process was so slow that I waited almost three hours to get checked in and board. The positive is that the security screening was well organized and moved smoothly.

Food and Dining

The buffet was good, it offered a wide variety. The main dining rooms was great, my servers were exceptional.

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5
Didn’t have an opportunity to use them.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
The entire staff was excellent. Not sure how they did it but always greeted me by name and with a smile.
