Good - took time but actually the people doing the screening are my heros. I had left some critical diabetes supplies at the scanning area and they had them for me when I returned to the area maybe an hour or more later when I realized I didn’t have them.

Doorgesh and Hassan at dinner were great and Eury my room steward did a good job. Ana in the nail salon was great and the two young men who were at the reception area in the Spa were so pleasant and so kind.

Very good. Appreciated my steward Eury. The closet access was a little tricky but not really a problem. Thank you. The cabin number could not be selected above it was number 9213.

No excursion - just went shopping. You have to be very careful of shops that could over charge you. Did fine with name brands but discovered later that in my opinion could have gotten very taken advantage of at a different shop.

We had a person overboard. The staff really showed themselves to be an excellent team committed to the well being of the guests. The staff together did an extraordinary job of trying to save a life and do the best they could do. So should be very proud of the commitment of your staff to the guests and to preserving their lives .
