if you're a frequent cruiser, msc probably isn't for you. good overall bargain for the price but no comparison to any of the other lines minus carnival

Definitely worth the price. Did not appreciate being reprimanded by front desk staff member for not reading the Voyagers Club contract in its entirety while I was trying to resolve an issue that had lingered unresolved since March. I was already frustrated that no one from Voyagers Club responded to my correspondence in the prior 7+ months and every time I reached out to Customer Service received the same answer " nothing they can do - need to email Voyagers Club". I cannot comprehend that your Loyalty Department has no supervision or alternate source of contact.

You get what you pay for. The ship is beautiful but don't expect superd entertainment on board or five star food. The staff does there best but they are overworked. The ship leaving out of Brooklyn you can tell MSC doesn't care if their guest have a good time since they have the monopoly on the Brooklyn port. I think MSC would try harder to make guest time on board more enjoyable if they had more competition from other cruise lines leaving out of Brooklyn.

Unless you have a lot of money for the Yaght Club Experience you can do a Lot better than this cruise. The food and entertainment is mediocre. You barely saw the cruise director. Had no prior knowledge of a white party so I didn’t attend that because I didn’t have all white clothes. Gala nights are not even announced in advance and aren’t that spectacular. Not enough seating on the ship for people to enjoy the entertainment around the bars. No compensation given for missing out on the major port of the trip. Entire ship is designed for you to spend money. All the shops are expensive and you can’t get basic things like toothpaste and potato chips. I won’t be eating hamburgers and pizza for a long time.

We will probably not book another MSC cruise because of the disappointing food service and quality

Beautiful ship, had a great time & would do again in a heartbeat. Even though hurricane Milton prevented us from visiting 2 ports the sailing was smooth the first week. The waters to and from Bermuda were rougher but did not bother me--just wore flat shoes for balance and enjoyed being rocked to sleep at night.

WE WERE AVOIDING A HURRICANE THIS CRUISE. THE CAPTAIN'S PRIORITY WAS OUR SAFETY & HE DID AN EXECELLENT JOB!

First couple days were good, informed that our 3 days in Bermuda would only 1 day 9am- 5pm, had to spend 2 extra days @sea w/little compensation w/not enough variety or added activities- this 1 week cruise felt like a month of non-stop eating & drinking- only benefit was the delicious food & new friends

My wife and I had a perfectly wonderful cruise with excellent service provided by Christian in the Edge bar (he is fantastic) and dining room service provided by Patrick and his assistant Carlos at table 881. The food was great both in the dining room and the buffet. One would be crazy to waste money on specialty restaurants. I expressed my satisfaction to Vithal and Mangesh directly. They do a fine job. However, the cruise experience was ruined by a "standoff" on the gangway. A terrible situation that thoroughly upset my wife who had just exited the boat as I passed the scanner. I was stopped and told I had an "open account" (false). I had returned a RENTED extension cord, because there is only ONE plug.....ONE plug in the stateroom. No accommodation for folks with medical devices. Other lines have entered the 21st century and have several plugs available. To continue....after standing in line for twenty minutes to disembark, I was told to leave the line and go stand in a crowded service desk line. I refused to move.....I had returned the RENTED extension cord at 5:30am and held the receipt in my hand and would not return to the errant service desk who had FAILED to properly process the earlier transaction and thus made my wife and I VICTIMS of your faulty technology and system. After heated discussion and two staff who could do NOTHING, an officer came over and made a phone call to cancel the transaction. MSC owed ME $30..YES, they owed me money..which I had to forfeit in order not to be held hostage onboard further.(we had transportation waiting). As a GOLD MSC member, it is unlikely that we will return. There are too many other good choices in cruises. Mishandling and abuse of guests that we experienced on a line that we believed was making a positive impression on the US market.

Had a great time! Would be nice to have the whole itinerary of activities up front. Can't wait to cruise again!

Every night is a dance night u dear the lovely changing ceiling with crew dancing away with live music stirring the passengers up and moving . Lot of fun.

the cruise was nice and fun. but getting out of the port was awful

Everyone's tastes and expectations are different but for me, the low fare is not worth sacrificing all the little amenities and comforts that come with other cruise lines. Cruise lines can only sustain with brand loyalty and I can't see MSC gaining any footholds in the North American market without some major changes.

MSC Meraviglia was awesome, I wouldn't mind sailing on it again

Beautiful clean ship with nice salt water pools and nice hot tubs. Nightly entertainment was very good. Dining room dinner and brunch was very good. Loved seeing NYC at night when we were leaving, it was spectacular. Loved seeing NYC in the morning as the sun came up. Really wish there was a way they could post weather reports while in Bermuda, so you know what to do.

Service was great, food selection (deck 15 Tour de Eifel) was OK comparing with other cruises, dinner experience was great especially our waiter Jay who was friendly, personal, and many times went out of his way to make things right. Thank you Jay!!

I was told that at least 20% of the passengers are Chinese speaking. The cruise line should provide more language assistance and entertainment options for these passengers.

Our family had a wonderful time! Love the MSC Maraviglia!

It was our first experience with MSC and we were not disappointed. The staff did a great job and the entertainment team were wonderful. We cruised many other major cruise lines before. We already booked our next cruise with MSC.
