Review summary

the cruise was nice and fun. but getting out of the port was awful

it just ok, there is no sign for preregister check in. every one stand in long line, until I ask one of the staff

most of the food are very good in main dining rooms. buffet always run out of some food and fruit

Francham Gumban manager in main dining room was very friendly and helpful, provide great customer service experience. you should have him train all the manager onboard, he deserves a promotion. waiter Ibrahim Jr Besario and his assistant Agasta Endra were very efficient, friendly and help us have an unforgettable meal each night. our room stewards Randy Dulfo was very efficient also. the room was clean as soon as I leave the room. all three deserve a raise to reward for their excellent service. it made my day very enjoyable

Thanks for your review and feedback. There are several cities in Bermuda and I particularly like St George. But at that port is also a city, a different type of city. I'm just glad cruise ships are permitted to go to the island, as so many towns are banning them.
