Thanks for the review. Their pizza is the best at sea. Did you try it? I wouldn't write them off yet. I do think (at least on my last Meraviglia cruise) that the food wasn't as good as other MSC ships I've tried. I'm on the MSC virtuoso right now, and actually thought it would be like my last experience debarking NYC. Not in the least, the food is actually very good to my surprise. They don't over salt everything either. So I am eating all the food, not just pizza and hamburgers. Definitely give them another try on a different ship. Embarkation and disembarking at Brooklyn cruise terminal can be terrible and most of the problems are the port authority.

I find some of your comments hard to believe. Although I haven't been on MSC yet, I find it hard to believe you couldn't find anything you like to eat. Obviously you found something tolerable since you're still here. While not totally to blame, Disembarkation issues don't lay solely with MSC, unless they own the terminal. Since you didn't mention what was confusing, it's hard to draw a conclusion with where the fault is with Disembarkation.
