The Mariner of the Seas was our first cruise and it was fantastic. We really enjoyed all the shows and entertainment and "The Coasters" were EXCELLENT! I really wish we had more time at the ports we stopped in, St. Thomas and St. Martin, as there wasn't enough time to shop and lay around on the beach. We will have to plan better if we do it again. This being our first cruise, I don't have anything to compare it to but I can't imagine anything any better. Everything was GREAT!

The ship was bigger than I had expected. It was amazing!!!

It was the largest ship I have ever been on. Captain Johnny made us all feel like he was "just" a guy, not the Captain! I hope to visit his ship again and again.

The ship was very nice and there was a good selection of activites going on everyday, however the activities seemed to be geared more for an older crowd. Most of the younger (mid to late twenties) people that we met felt this cruise was not for them as well. The food quality was definately a big disappointment. The buffet had the same food everyday, which when you are stuck on the ship for seven days it gets old really quick. The room service selection was minimal.

Fun, fun, fun!

I loved the ship the Marinerof the seas. I did not like port Jamaica. It is, to dirty and, to expencive. In exception, I will always recomend Royal caribbean Cruises. I think they are the best cruise line for the Price. The food is always exelant. The service is Great. Over all My family and I had the Best time. We are looking forward to cruising again.

The ship was simply fantastic. There were many activities for all ages. The entertainment was outstanding. The ship was very large but there were many displays around that label the various places. It took me a couple of days to familiarize myself with all the bars and public areas. The food was great with so many choices.

This was my son's and my second cruise on Mariner of the Seas. We just had the time of our lives. We did book some excursions but being on the ship for seven days without excursions would be a total adventure. There is so much to see and do that you could relax while in port and take advantage of ship's special on those days. We found the staff and the entertainment on board to be excellent. The food was very well prepared they have something for everyone's appetite. The midnight buffet will certainly be worth staying up for, bring your cameras or camcorders. They have activities going on the ship all the time if you get bored you are just needed to found some adventure in your life. Best way to go on vacation and leave the driving to someone else!

i love the mariner of the seas what a fun 7 day trip everthing was great the weather, the ports ,the crew ,shows, food shoping, our room, just everything.

This was our second trip on Mariner of the Seas within the year. Royal has done a good job at keep the condition of the ship.

Beautiful! Nicely detailed, and cleaner than most hospitals I've seen! Friendly staff. The food was not as "gourmet" as I remember from cuises in the past (15 to 20 years ago). Although, there were 3 upscale restaurants on board that you could pay for. "Gratuities" were very important, and there were constant written, and spoken, reminders.

Great cruise. Beautiful ship. Extremely helpful staff. But, I believe that when we get to the point where we are squeezing as many people onto a ship that is equal to a small city, we have or are getting close to crossing the line. At times, it felt that if we weren't carrying our daily ships schedules with us, that we would most likely miss out on most activities. For example, one of the better activities was the nightly Karaoke sessions in the Lotus Room. Problem was that the cruise directors kept the sessions to exactly 45 minutes to one hour. I think we're going to do the "free-style" cruise the next time around.

I would recommend the ship but not the service my wife and I received. I paid for an ultimate romantic package and what I received was an ultimate let down. When I informed the person at the desk what I received was a lot of excuses on why the services wasnt provided, but people sitting at my table paid for they packages and received them. I wanted this to be a trip to be the best vacation ever. My wife had never taken a cruise and the service we received at the drinning room was just as bad. The waiter for got to give my wife and I bread and when one of the passenger sitting at our table informed the waiter this was her response, LINDA CAN YOU WAIT. The person who handled the non-service was even worst; I had to control my self as she treated me as if I was a dummy. I thank you for helping me take my next vacation with some one else Now it only took 2 day to compensate for the mistake, even then I was made to feel as if I had done something wrong.. THANK YOU AGAIN

The ship was stunning in appearance and the staff on board were wonderful!!!

Everything was perfect!The bar Boleros had the best singers of the whole world. The bueffet the best thing in the world. It has the 3 F: FABULOUS, FANTASTIC, FENOMENAL THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

Employees did not go out of there way to help us. We were looking for help alot.. Staterooms are very clean and up to date. Great ports

The size, the layout, the organization, the mall, the cleaniness.

This was our fifth cruise together as a family. I have to say it was one of the best! The ship and its decor is amazing! We were well pleased with the overall appearance of our room, the dining room, and especially Royal Promenade, the mall. The ship provides a lot of seating around the three pool areas and we didn't feel crowded like we have on other ships. Our children enjoyed ice skating, the Adventure program and the staff were wonderful! My husband and I enjoyed golf and shuffleboard.

This is our second time on Mariner of the Seas and we loved it just as much this time as we did the first time. The ship's staff go out of their way to make your voyage as enjoyable as possible. Everything on board is just wonderful.

Our family cruised on the Mariner of the Seas last year & loved it so much that we booked it again for this year. We have 7 & 9yr old boys-they liked this boat better than the Disney boat. There is so much to do as a FAMILY. Rock-Climb, Ice skate, Putt-putt, swimming pools, etc. There is a beautifly, comfortable adult only pool. The boat is beautifully decorated. So much to do, so little time. We plan to go on this same boat again next year. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
