Review summary
I would recommend the ship but not the service my wife and I received. I paid for an ultimate romantic package and what I received was an ultimate let down. When I informed the person at the desk what I received was a lot of excuses on why the services wasnt provided, but people sitting at my table paid for they packages and received them. I wanted this to be a trip to be the best vacation ever. My wife had never taken a cruise and the service we received at the drinning room was just as bad. The waiter for got to give my wife and I bread and when one of the passenger sitting at our table informed the waiter this was her response, LINDA CAN YOU WAIT. The person who handled the non-service was even worst; I had to control my self as she treated me as if I was a dummy. I thank you for helping me take my next vacation with some one else Now it only took 2 day to compensate for the mistake, even then I was made to feel as if I had done something wrong.. THANK YOU AGAINPorts of call
