My wife and I were required to have a Covid test (cost of $256) prior to boarding. I checked the requirements regularly and received regular texts confirming that requirement. I was VERY disturbed that the test results were never asked for, and then I learned on board that other guests received notification that no test was required. I CANNOT describe my frustration with that scenario.

All in all, not the cruise I was hoping for. Ship seemed smaller than the YouTube videos I watched. RC relies too heavily on the app to schedule everything. Little to no spontanaeity.

This cruise was lots of fun for me and my granddaughters. The activities were family friendly and we created so many wonderful memories.

The size of the ship was nice but poorly laid out. Royal Caribbean is really cutting corners and it shows in all aspects of the cruise experience. There did not seem to be enough staff, the food quality has plummeted especially the Windjammer, no Kleenex in the rooms and other items had to be asked for when they are normally replaced, stirrers used to have the RC emblem they look like they came from the Dollar Store, the daily paper was empty with little printing inside and no inserts and shopping continues to be weak on board. Jamie's was an excellent addition.

Overall this was a great cruise. Everything was very clean and the service was excellent. Buffet should be more controlled by cruise staff serving.

The cruise was great. The ship could use updating, buy it was clean and the staff was fantastic.

Very happy with everything except the pool. Only problem was trying to get a lounge chair. People reserve the lounges and then take off. Bed too big for the room. Entertainment was great every night. Food was excellent. Staff was very helpful.

The cruise was great but what made it wonderful was the personnel of the ship.

Aruba beautiful and definitely worth visiting. We had a lot of fun visiting the islands and traveling on Mariner of the Sea.

From booking the cruise through Terri at WTH through our departure it was a great experience. Perfect birthday getaway.

The cruise overall was great and we had lots of fun. We did lots of onboard activities like the flo rider, bingo, ice skate, pool, slides and more; but there should be more ice skating sessions and additional family shows. Our main disappointment is the on site covid testing procedures. My kids are now sick and I'm sure it was from one of the 2 instances my daughter went to get tested. Our other disappointment was that we were promised on board credits and were not able to use (but this was an issue with travel and not royal). However, Royal didn't seem to care much and were not a lot of help.

This trip had a great mixture of ports we had not seen before. Some of the days had odd hours in port, but overall it was a great trip. Coco Cay is everything Royal has advertised and more. You can have a great day without spending a single dollar more than you have already spent.

Everything was excellent, great activities. The staff were very professional and nice.

Didn't like that you had to use the phone app. Give us a print out of the days activities! I know you can request one but you shouldn't have to. i understand it is nice to make a calendar of you scheduled activities on your phone but I don't like to have the phone while at the pool. Confusing information: TV would say one thing, announcement another, app another. Should be able to hear the captain's announcemnts in the cabin. Also, better information on the web site - should mirror what is on the app, i.e. there seemed to be more infor on the app with regards to themes for dinners etc.

All in all a very relaxing and enjoyable cruise. Aruba is now checked off of our bucket list.

In planning, we thought 4 nights was too short, 7 nights too long, and so the 5-night was 'just right'. However, we had such a good time, we could easily have stayed on the ship another week or two!

It was a rough start because our luggages got lost because RCC employees working at the Port Canaveral directed us to the wrong ship and luggages were placed onto Harmony. But it ended up being a pretty good trip. The kids had fun, and we did the best to make the most of our crappy start.

My advise would be to learn from other ships of simular size that received 4.5 star or better

Overall we had a great time. After the announcement of the first Covid cases on board we started wearing masks while indoors or around large groups.

Great cruise, should be no cost for beverages. Should include adult beverages as well.
