the waiters were right on time and very helpful but food was unsatisfactory, seafood had bad smell and lobster was mushy .No Crown Royal and others watered down with one shot at time with drink package for me and my wife

Your sailing began on June 5th and it’s an 8 night sailing. How can you rate the debarkation? Did you talk to he head waiter or maitre d regarding your dining experiences? Did you talk to your stateroom attendant regarding your mattress? We’ve cruised many times and if we had any issues (which has only been a couple), crew members were able to resolve the issues for us. Yes, Mariner is not like Oasis of the Seas and if you had really researched Mariner and all it has to offer, you would realize that. Maybe the Oasis class ships are more to your liking.
