The shows were excellent. We enjoyed very much the first shows where the stage changed very elegant and smooth. The ice skating performance was wonderful too. The Latin music colombian singers were excellent, so much talent. Each one can play at least two instruments.

The washy washy morning greetings were so personal that he gave us the energy to wake up before coffee. Justin, the person who cleaned our room was so nice and helpful. My best experience was in the dining room in the 3rd floor, Noel, Sykes and Allan made our dinner so personal. I told them I am allergic to eggs and every single day I had a full meal and a dessert that it was made for me. I have a problem going to restaurants where I can't eat dessert well every day I had a different dessert made for me. We are extremely grateful for the treatment we received from Noel, Sykes and Allan and we are glad we asked to have them take care of us every day. I wanted to take them home hahaha. Also want to thank the Chef who made my desserts. Their service is not a 5 stars it is a 10 stars. God bless Washy Washy, Justin, Noel, Sykes and Allan forever. Hope to see them again.

The only problem was the people on top of us, Jumping and throwing things very early in the morning and late at night. I also want to thank Guest service which helped us with credit on the gratuities. We gave personal tips to everyone on the side
