Review summary

Didn't like that you had to use the phone app. Give us a print out of the days activities! I know you can request one but you shouldn't have to. i understand it is nice to make a calendar of you scheduled activities on your phone but I don't like to have the phone while at the pool. Confusing information: TV would say one thing, announcement another, app another. Should be able to hear the captain's announcemnts in the cabin. Also, better information on the web site - should mirror what is on the app, i.e. there seemed to be more infor on the app with regards to themes for dinners etc.

The dinner quality of food in main dinning was not as expected - poor. The breakfast quality was good in the main dinning. Windjammer was good. Pizza, Hot Dogs, ice cream very good. Didn't like that you should use your phone for the menus - wanted to stay off the phones. However, the maining dinning room staff did have paper menus and should always give out and not have to ask for them.

They tried so hard and were excellent. My stateroom attendant (Alistair) was excellent. Great service from Eduardo (pool, Schooner bar, etc), Main dinning room waiter Agus was great.
