Review summary
Lots of good lectures. Unfortunately, there weren't enough seats in showroom. Had to get there 1/2 early to get a seat. The ship really needs a maintenance overhaul. They also cut back on staff and amenities.

Ship experiences
Food and Dining
3 out of 5
Pinnacle was great. Main dining room was very noisy. Prime rib looked and tasted like it was done in a microwave. Filet was actually a slice of a roast.
Onboard Activities

Lectures were fantastic. unfortunately, not enough seating
Entertainment
3 out of 5
Just average. Typical cruise entertainment, nothing special.
Service and Staff
4 out of 5
It seems that HAL has cut back on service people. They always seemed to be rushed and overworked
Ship Quality

Our room was just below the galley where the the commercial dishwashers went on from 10pm to 4;30 am. Bad design. Surprised HAL would even rent that space. Also several rooms in our corridor had water problems- from broken pipes to pipes to overflows Cabin 370
Cabin / Stateroom

Noisy. Little or no sleep for 3 weeks because of dishwashers just above us. Had some drainage problems. Problems with AC - it took 2 days to get it down from 84 degrees to at least 72. Small cabin. No refrigerator. Small TV.
