I would recommend it to any one, there were a lot of shows, soo much activities and activities on the islands. Staff members very nice, food was good, they had the formal dinning experience so that was nice.

Great cruise but RCCL overloaded the boat with all the extra new cabins that replaced entertainment facilities. This overloading caused backups at buffets, too few tables to eat, not enough seats in theaters and reducing shows was a disappointment.

This is a pretty good cruise, and I would sail again if they can figure out how to bridge some of the gaps in the entertainment. We just had too many boring evenings waiting for things to do. I'm telling you we searched out cruise compass top to bottom to find entertainment and unless you wanted to blow money in the way to tight casino there weren't many options. There also aren't enough seats in the entertainment areas where they hold things. This ships was not at capacity when we cruised. I have to say I would hate to see it on an at capacity week - i bet it is very crowded. The service was great and so was the food/beverage.

Overall a good trip. Some things can be improved. The ice show is first come setting. Get there early and elbow for a good seat or wait until the second day. Don't trust advertised prices.

See embarkation. I would appreciate a call from regarding this. Someone did contact me about what the cruiseline is offering for our inconvenience. Unfortunately we were still in floods when the person called and had minimal phone battery.

Since this was to be our first cruise, we obviously aren't happy it was cancelled. BUT that wasn't RCIs fault, what was their fault was lack of communication about when the ship would arrive, how to get our refunds, lack of customer service when calling in, etc.

It was a good cruise - but RC caused me to miss 3 critical business work days - is there anything the company can do to compensate? I dont want credit off future travel as it will be awhile before our next cruise. Thanks.

This is the first time with Royal Caribbean cruise. We really enjoy our cruise. Even we encountered the Hurricane Harvey and could not land on the Galveston as planned. The ship redirected to Miami and let us get off the ship and returned to home safely. The guest service worked very hard to assist all of guests for their needs such as booking flight, answering various questioned about returning home. The cruise provided us 30 minutes free internet service per day and free ship to shore phone call. The captain James held several captain corners to keep us informed about the ship direction and answered questions. I believe the Royal Caribbean provided us with excellent service during this difficult time. They tried to calm down all of passengers during this chaotic situation. On Monday (8/28) 5:30pm, they had captain cocktail with all crew officer and captain James to have a good time together in the Promenade (5th floor). On 8/29, the CEO welcomed us in the air when the ship arrived on Miami port. It really cheers us up.

Great Cruise...Royal Caribbean was great. Could not get back into Galveston on the 27th August 2017 due to Hurrican Harey. Diverted to Miami for additional Fuel and Food...spent another 5 nights on the ship. Crew took care of everyone on board the ship.

The original 7 day cruise was ok. We had been to Cozumel before and knew what to expect there. Roatan was amazing. Costa Maya was dirty and the beach had dogs and cats wondering around along with bottle caps in the ocean. Our cruise was extended and diverted to Miami because of Hurricane Harvey and I felt overall a multi Billion dollar company could have provided more. The ship already has upcharges which I hate, but come on discounting internet by 50% due to a hurricane, give me a break. I know they are not obligated to do anything, but this was one ship in their fleet that was impacted and they could have really stepped up and offered some concessions like help with airfare or waiving upcharges at restaurants for those who stayed on board. The "all inclusive" appearance of cruises is not worth what you pay for.

Overall, my husband and I enjoyed our first cruise, experiencing some pros and cons. We will definitely cruise again...but will be selective of the number of people on board and the time of year we travel. We will continue to weigh all the additional costs involved and compare them to other means of travel. The service and entertainment were outstanding!

It was a spectacular cruise with great staff, amazing dining experiences, lots of activities, a beautiful top deck full of pools and entertainment, and great excursion experiences.

Loved the ship and the ports and would love to go again. The ships had everything: casual dining, great fine dining, coffee shop, pub, several night club areas all with great entertainment. The dance shows was very well done with good choreography, great costumes and excellent dancers and singers. The ice show was awesome (saw it twice). Pool areas were clean and relaxing. Room was kept clean and was big enough. Formal dining area was elegant and quiet with grate service and food. No negatives.

We enjoyed the ports and also the days at sea. Our granddaughter really enjoyed the Living Room and the activities there. The staff was particularly kind and thoughtful..

Ports of call were really bad! Third world stops with nothing to do. I would prefer to have been to taken to more developed ports. Costa Maya and Roaton were especially bleak and disturbing.

Great cruise. Itinerary is mediocre but the ship makes up for it. Bring sunblock and go to stingray city and turtle farm in Grand Cayman. Snorkel or dive in Cozumel.

I will never take royal again ... they closed up shop to early on everything . At times we couldn't even find something to drink or eat. Shows were scarce .... one a night but then did repeats.

The kids had an awesome time at the kids club! The pools were too crowded were you couldn't move. The kids water play was great and had a great time. The room was nice and Charles did a great job.

Overall a great experience. The staff was very helpful and kind. The variety of activities on the ship were perfect. The food was AMAZING!!! A must for vacationers!

Really enjoy the cruise. Nice weather, friendly staff, lots of great food. Shows were OK but not great. Good atmosphere on the ship. This was a family gathering and everyone had a great time.
