We chose anytime dining, thinking we could make reservations for our group of 7 each night. As it turned out there were 2 nights that they would not take reservations and the other nights they would only take them for certain times (I believe these were 5:30, 5:45, 7:30 and 7:45).

Ship layout was not good, gym was horrible and running track on deck 7 did not go all the way round. Casino is small and there is no crap table.

We chose anytime dining and tried to go at 5:30 each day. This way we did not have to wait for a table and were able to take advantage of later show performances if we wanted to. Most nights when we were leaving the dining room there were people waiting to be seated.

Don't go for the extra cost ("cover charge") dining options. The food included with your cruise is wonderful!

Use the covered adult swimming area with their very comfortable loungers. Very nice. If you enjoy getting to know your waiters, go with early or late seating dinner.

Mini-suite was very comfortable and enjoyed having the fresh air from having a balcony. Highly recommend the mini-suite.

I'd avoid assigned seating for dining. It was a joy to meet many new faces during our lunches in the main dining room ( when it's ooen seating); unlike our evening meal.
