When the ship leaves Port Canaveral, u are allowed to go out on to the Helipad. They have benches there for u to sit on, if udon't want to stand. Ask a crew member for directions. Head there right after evacuation assembly drill.
Don't bring back FOOD or FRUITS. U.S customs will take them.
Go the Dining Room for breakfast, it was a much more quieter & go to the wing jam for lunch you'll get much more variety of food. Christopher & Debbieon Smith
WHEN GOING FROM DINING TO THEATER USE DECK 4. LEISURE STROLL.... ONCE I WAS GOING TO THEATER, ENTERTED THE CASINO AND SOMEHOW GOT TURNED AROUND AND ENDED BACK AT TO THE DINING ROOM
I have always booked balcony cabins. This time, however, we took advantage of a good rate on an oceanview cabin. It was great...we were able to take advantage of the water view without the expense of balcony.
We had "My Time" dining - I made reservations for the whole week at a certain time the day we got on the ship. We had the same table and wait staff and it was great!
We left an extra tip for our servers- they deserved it! They did a superb job of keeping us well fed. They were so accommodating for my food allergies that I didn't have to worry about what I was eating. No worries for people with food allergies.
The free pizza from the pizza shop was AMAGING....wish we had discovered this gem sooner on our trip.
At Starbuck the drinks cost money BUT the goodies in the case are free.........also wished we had discovered that sooner. The "free" ice tea and lemonade was the best EVER!!
we enjoyed the pizza on the promenade deck and Vintages. We used the coffee shop everyday......nice pastries there as well. The over 16 spa and pool are very nice and was never too crowded.
The free pizza was available 24/hrs and was very good!! If you are a moderate drinker, I would not recommend getting the drink package as it is tough to get your moneys worth. If you are heavy drinker, definitely get it.
The room (ocean view) was more spacious than I remember on my previous experiences. The shows were great, but the service was not done with a smile.I never saw a crew member smile, they seemed rather miserable & stressed. Our food was good but Carnival has much beter food & staff!
