Review summary
This was our 2nd cruise & 1st with Royal Caribbean. Our 1st cruise was with Carnival. So please keep in mind that we only have these 2 experiences to draw on. All in all, we had a good time aboard this ship. The staterooms were clean, the meals were terrific & the dining room wait staff were attentive. Our only observations were that nearly the entire crew had a rather unhappy vibe. I thought maybe this was due to the Carnival crew being SO outgoing and friendly. But other long time Royal Caribbean cruisers noticed this as well. Maybe they had just gotten some real bad news. Just an observation. The other thing of note was that the hallway where our stateroom was located had a continual lingering smell of sewage. But that wasn't noticeable at all once in our cabin. I would say that this cruise was pretty relaxing for us 54+ year olds. I would do it again.
